"Had a problem with marble tiles in two rooms cracking due to a subpar installation by another contractor.
and his crew specialize in problem floors & came" up with a great solution to reinforce the subfloor under the problem tiles. They did an excellent job with the reinforcement, cracked tile replacement, and polishing. Definitely recommend.

"
was great to work with. Easy going and will let you do what you want to help decrease the cost if needed. His workers were kind and did the work in short period" of time. Only took one day to do our upstairs. We had bad luck with many of the other contractors in the area, but above all
did the best responding to our needs and questions. Would hire him in a minute to do other work if needed in the future. Thanks again!

"they did a very good job cleaning and sealing and despite inability to get out a few deeply ingrained stains would recommend their services. Said stains were too old to remove and probably" true as they have been there awhile.

Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
was exceptional to work with. I was extremely impressed by his thoroughness and attention to detail, and he exceeded my expectations with his work. This was the most enjoyable dealings with a professional contractor I have ever had. From the very beginning at the time of the estimate,
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
listened carefully to what we did not like about our current master bathroom and what we were thinking of doing, and then concisely laid out options that were practical while beautifying, and guided us away from ideas that were potentially awkward or high-maintenance/upkeep in the long-run.
The major modification for the master bathroom was the shower. The prefab fiberglass shower the house came with was too small and leaking, causing drywall damage.
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
, and his assistant,
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
, tore out the old shower stall and expanded the footprint of the shower floor to approx. 48" x 54", creating a comfortable-sized shower for daily use. Drywall was replaced with cement board. The drain was moved to re-center it, the shower head and temp dials were shifted over on the wall to enable the user to reach in to turn the shower on to pre-heat, without needing to step into the shower. Insulation against outer walls was verified to be appropriate before the walls were sealed back up. In our case, the hot and cold pipes were reversed by the previous owner, and
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
corrected that for us. We chose the wall and floor tile from his preferred vendor, but chose our glass block detailing from
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
's, which he was more than happy to accommodate.
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
explained the reason behind the use of different tile sizes on different parts of the bathroom, and the pros and cons of different textures/surfaces when choosing tile and the detailing with it. A waterproof membrane was added between the two layers of flooring concrete beneath the tile of the shower floor, with the taper towards the drain designed very uniformly. Custom 3/4" glass was used for the door and half-wall built between the shower and tub (fabricated and installed by
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
Corp.). It came together beautifully.
A boxed ledge was added between the shower and tub to give the bathing space continuity, and
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
carried design elements around from the tub to the half wall creating a very beautiful space. The initial plan was to remove the tile on the tub's base, but the Luan plywood was thinner than expected, and a rebuild would be necessary if tile removal damaged the Luan (which was likely).
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
came up with Plan B, which was to overlay the new tile on top of the old, which would reduce labor costs, as well. I was a bit tentative about this option, but it turned out beautifully and looked better than I had expected. It added further rigidity to the tub's base, and gives the tub a very nice finish.
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
estimated a little more than a week to complete the job. When tear-out was complete and tiling was to begin, it was discovered that the manufacturer had only shipped the wall and shower floor tile, but not the 12" x 12" tile for the bathroom floor.
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
immediately communicated the delay to me, and requested the tile be expedited directly to his location, which the manufacturer complied. Due to the delay,
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
offered to work on Saturday to make up one of the lost days, which also allowed the grout to
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
to ensure the glass could be installed on Monday.
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
never left each day until all of my questions were answered about what as saw as progress was being made. I was never made to feel in their way when I came to check on the progress of the work. In fact, I was invited to come and check and take photos. They never left early unless the only thing left for the day was dry time. Cleanup was great - debris was never left in the bathroom, and the garage and driveway was always swept at the end of each day. Tarps covered the entire path from front door to upstairs bathroom, protecting our carpet and hardwood floors. Both
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
and
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
were very likable personalities and were a joy to have in and out of the house all day for a week.
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
even explained what he was doing at child-level when my preschooler and elementary-aged children would peek in.

He gave us an estimate and several different options to try to restore the grout. In fact suggested a product and source for it that he thought we should try ourselves. We really appreciated his common sense approach and honesty. It was refreshing to find someone who could actually do the job for $600 vs. another estimate we received for $4,000. The other estimate included fees of $65 per hour each for two men to move our furniture. We will use the suggestions from
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
to try to fix this ourselves and will not hesitate to call him back to do the job if we are unsuccessful. Will also use him for several shower re-grouting projects. We are leaving a rating for him even though we didn't use him this time, we fully expect to be among his regular customers.

Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
is a generally nice and affable guy, HOWEVER
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
’t be
fooled by this into thinking that he has what it takes to do your project right
and on time, in budget, etc.
We hired
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
to close up an existing doorway and add a
new door opening to a room in our house. This project went pretty well except
he never came back to finish the trim work on the reinstalled cabinetry. The
new door trim was off kilter as well. He also did a small kitchen remodel for
us where he was supposed to move a built-in microwave oven, install a new hood
over the existing cooktop, and modify some of the kitchen cabinets with new
doors. He scratched the new tile while doing the install of the hood, never
finished the details in the microwave move, and it took almost 12 months to
finally get cabinet doors for the modified cabinets!
Before we knew how bad he was at finishing projects he was
already working on the rehab of our screened-in-porch. This project entailed
removing the existing vinyl porch ceiling and installing a new pine
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
and
groove ceiling and crown molding. He was also supposed to install 4 retractable
screen enclosures and a custom screen door, new can lighting, and new supports
for the roof faced in rock, etc. as well.
The demolition of the old ceiling and porch screen enclosure
went well except for the installation of the crown molding – which was never
finished.
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
said he bought the 4 new screens he was planning to install
but that the company he ordered them from went bankrupt and never sent them to
him and kept the money ($4000). He eventually ordered screens from another
company. When the new screens arrived none of them fit because all the
measurements were off. He said it was the company’s fault. Once these were
finally altered and installed they looked terrible and did not work properly.
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked

knew full well there were issues with the screens but rather than addressing
them he waited for us to determine there were problems and try to resolve them
with the manufacturer. While the screens were in place he tried to have a
subcontractor install rock on the columns that would have made the installation
of the screens permanent. Fortunately, the subcontractor couldn’t work with the
rock
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
had provided and never came back to work with the second load of
rock that was delivered. After three months of looking at nonfunctioning
screens and summer time construction debris on our porch he finally came back
and took the screens down and attempted to send them back to the company that
produced them. In the mean time we had several large piles of rock and sand on
our driveway and back patio which all total was there for 9+ months, blocking
one of the main entrances to the patio from the house.
When it was obvious that the rock columns and retractable
screen weren’t going to work, we met with
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
and agreed to simplify the
project and just have stucco columns and fixed screens in frames with some
architectural detailing.
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
asked for more money to purchase the wood for
the altered plan. We never saw any wood or work for the additional funds
provided.
During this whole process we attempted to contact
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked

multiple times via phone and text. He’s not good at returning calls or texts.
Generally he doesn’t want to face difficult problems and avoids them rather
then face them. So many days he promised to come and work but never did or
stayed only a short time. He did promise in April to complete our project by
June 1 so that we would have a nice space to enjoy a large family reunion at our
home in mid June. He never kept this promise either choosing instead to work on
other client’s projects. (We had a friend who had recommended him and had a
project he was supposed to work on at their house – bathroom remodel – he was
over there working on it and collecting their money instead of working on our
14 month old screen porch project. In fact the day he started their project he
came to our house asked for a paint sample for the stucco columns, giving the
impression he would be coming back, collected his tools and left. That’s the
last we saw or heard of him. Ultimately, he did a terrible job on their
bathroom remodel and they fired him, too.)
Bottom line for us is that we endured a very messy project
that was poorly executed and never finished. He did, however, manage to fit in
several vacations while our project wasn’t being finished. We were lied to and
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
has money for a job he never completed.
We learned that when you select someone to do a job for you in addition to
checking references make sure the person doing the job is NOT doing this
specific kind of job for the first time but has lots of experience with this type
of work/project. Also, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give all or anything close to the
final payment until the job is completely done to your satisfaction –

Excellent service. Good advice on which tile to use. Our house was built in 1939 so the walls were a challenge. I also have many outlets and switches which require many cutouts.
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
is meticulous. He plans how he will install the tile so installation looks professional. He is a true craftsman.
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
does an excellent job with cleanup. He cleans up the job every day. He never leaves a mess.

Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
was recommended to us by a friend who is extremely picky about everything, and is never satisfied with a service provider! When I said I was looking for a tile installer, my friend offered
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
's name without being prompted, so I knew he must be good. As it turns out,
Oologah Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
is fantastic. I don't want to say that anything or anyone is perfect, but this is about as close as perfection that you could expect from an installer of natural materials in a custom environment. He is absolutely a perfectionist, which is the characteristic you want for this type of job. We were lucky enough to have him do multiple jobs for us over the last couple of years, and I'm very thankful that we found him. He pays attention to every detail and is committed to doing the job right. The stacked stone backsplash is the first thing that guests notice when they enter the house; the accent wall in the master bath has a "Wow" factor that transforms the room. I'm sure that there are installers that are less expensive, but if you have something that holds water on the second floor of your house (think shower), skimping on quality doesn't seem like a good idea.
