The provider was prompts and courteous. He was clear about the approximate cost for services before work. Rated cost as B, because I think it was fair, but not "budget". Area was clean afterwards. Will definitely use again.

I called for service on a clogged bathtub drain. The scheduler was very helpful, and made an appointment in a reasonable period of time. The 2 plumbers were on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. They unclogged my bathtub drain and cleaned up after themselves, including wiping down my bathtub.
I've had service from them several times over the past 2 years (for various plumbing needs), and I always have a good experience with them. They are 1 of 2 plumbers I use in my area, and their service charges tend to be higher, but they do a great job and I would use them and recommend them.

The first apptment we set up, they were a no-show. We were both at fault for that. I gave the contact # as my office phone not knowing they would call before coming out (not all companies do this and most will tell you they are going to so one knows to give them a cell or home #) and I took the day off-not just bc of the apptment but partly.

did call my office phone and leave a message but I was not there. At 4p I called his cell number and asked if they were still coming out and he said no. We had our discussion about the phone situation and we set up a new apptment and I gave him my cell #.

came out early (after calling to see if it was alright to do so) and was very personable and was patient in answering my questions. He did find a leak in one of my toilets (and replaced the ball that floats) and said I had the wrong fitting on another and that my tank shouldn't move. I did call the plumber that did the work and he explained this to me, all is fine there. He gave me info as to what to buy for my outside faucets--they leak somewhat when a hose is attached. I did not think the price he quoted me was something I could afford so he was gracious in giving me the info. He asked to use a hose, so we got that. He broke off my value handle to my hot water heater when he got ready to do the flush and drain. It was old and there was no reason to be upset, what was done was done--said it would cost about $200 to replace bc of this and that. He also told me that he wouldn't touch the top of my hot water heater bc of the deterioration of the putty or whatever goes around the pipes into the tank and that it all looked like it might disintegrate if he touched it. He had me look at it and the pipes were a bit rusted and there was some disintegration going on. My home was built in 2000 and the hot water heater is 14 yrs old. He said that if someone had turned the value a couple of times a year, it wouldn't have broke off but that was also part of the area he didn't want to touch afraid he would do some damage and then I would be stuck to do something right away. So we had to turn off the water to the entire house so he could drain and flush the tank. All came out fine, he said no mineral deposits or crystals or anything else--said it much be all on the inside of my tank which wasn't good. (My regular plumber said that if I wasn't having any problems, not to worry about this). I asked him to give me an estimate for a new hot water heater installed plus the value replacement he broke off--he did. He also gave me an estimate for a waterless or tankless heater--part of the Deal--and it was way too expensive for me. There was no mention of anything being brought to code--who would think that a home built in 2000 would need any code--and no mention of permits--once again, a home built in 2000, who would think she/he would need any thing like this. I mention this bc the other big Deal I bought (and have since asked for a full refund) mentions that the Deal does not cover any plumbing being brought up to code or permits. But who would understand the need for that info if you weren't in the business somehow? I don't think it is an intentional misleading but it is misleading. More on that in the other review. But we as consumers should be somewhat responsible for doing some of our own research; after all it is our money and assets, not theirs. Anyway, I have also found out that a drain and flush with a gas water heater is really a waste as you can't get the sediment out, only on an electric water heater can you do this. I really don't know if it is a big waste but I did drain 40 gallons of hot water out the driveway. I am not a plumber so I don't really understand this stuff; my regular plumber gave me some additional info to help me understand the estimates that were given to me. And to explain that the pipes and such up there can be replaced without a whole new water heater but that is probably pretty expensive; I didn't ask. Overall, it was worth the $49 price. I do not regret spending the money and getting some opinions on the my state of plumbing and having some questions answered.

was nice, somewhat knowledgeable (but his license is Limited, not unlimited so I don't know if that is something to think about) and very patient and eager to please. He had been with the company about a month. I would have him in my home again representing this company (under some circumstances--mainly the Deals offered through Angie's List).

The line was completely clogged with grease and he had to run the machine thru it. He did a fast professional job, cleaned up the area affected by running the machine as well as the grease on the pipes. He left a

I called
Norman Plumbers Provider Name Locked
's Plumbing to deal with a leak in my bathroom and they were able to come to my home within a couple of days. They weren't able to determine the direct cause of the leak because we weren't able to recreate the leaking despite all of our efforts, but they told me that they thought that the bathtub was not draining properly. I also had a list of small repairs (i.e. putting new washers in the all the faucets in the house and replacing an outside leaky faucet) all of which were properly fixed. My bathrooms are well-used and are outdated (1975) and need to be fully remodeled.
Norman Plumbers Provider Name Locked
's servicemen were efficient and honest and the cost of the repairs was very reasonable. I would recommend

This bathroom redo was not planned, but necessary. As most folks know, older homes can have a plethora of maintenance and repair issues. This 70 yr. old home had a cast iron tub on dry rotted floor which clued us in that the floor was falling when the tub started separating from the tiled walls and floor around it. Studs had to be replaced, new floor, tile for walls etc. as well as lots of plumbing work. The floor was rotting under the tub and the tub was literally falling through the floor and taking a lot with it. We were not prepared for such a large expenditure and sought reliable reasonable providers to help with all the various parts of the project.

's help, attitude, work ethic, knowledge and courtesy. Each job has been done professionally. Although we had a schedule that began last February, when demolition started, extending to this March,

has come when each step was ready for his job. Some providers might have gotten impatient or aggravated at the piece meal method we had to use but
Norman Plumbers Provider Name Locked
has been completely agreeable throughout. Little things like being absolutely agreeable to mixing the colored grout (used by the tile installer) to match when sealing the base of toilet and pedestal sink (instead of white caulking) are what makes

a standout. He also is very good at explaining what works and what doesn't and why; as this job was complicated (for us) that was so appreciated. We will be calling him again! His company is called "Go with the Flo" and I recommend you go with

Called
Norman Plumbers Provider Name Locked
for appointment to clean out sewer line. Technician arrived on time and completed job within the one hour minimum charge. With time left technician made a couple of other small repairs. Manager/scheduler and technician very friendly and capable. Price as quoted on phone, except additional charge for use of machine. But still within price others quoted and able to respond much quicker. Overall, very good service. I would and will use again.
