"This was a rather long process, but our timing was good. We started early this year and by the spring our yard was the talk of the neighborhood. People stop in the middle of the street" to admire it! It went from a drab, boring, neglected yard to a wonderful paradise for birds, bees and butterflies. The guys are still doing work for us because I keep adding things like an outdoor TV with fan under the
, a security system, seasonal plants and new flower pots that have not been delivered yet. By the end of fall, our yard should be complete. It is beautiful beyond words. We also hired them to completely remodel our yard at our Tybee house. There was virtually NO landscaping there. We are in the process of installing shell drives, landscaping all around the house and working on a problematic drainage issue. I highly recommend these guys for any job, large or small. And visit their nursery too!

"Everything went great.
showed up on time and had all the necessary tools and equipment. He cleaned up after himself when he was finished and even took out the" trash before he left. He was very nice, professional and efficient.

"Job went well. Once they started the job they were here everyday, weather permitting. His workers were friendly, knowledgeable, and very hard working. We have since used this company" for another project and would use again in the future.

was a pleasure, but after being really let down by four previous landscaping services, I was skeptical. She and her team showed up exactly as she said at 8:00 AM on a Saturday morning and actually delivered what she had promised. They did a beautiful job. My yard once again looks manicured and the beds fabulous. They cleaned up what a previous company had done a poor job of and finally I have a landscaper I can trust. I highly recommend

Not good. Walkway was completed but driveway was not. Contractor kept stalling for months avoiding phone calls and letters. Ended up sueing the contractor in small claims court and won a judgement for the money I needed to complete the job using another contractor. He still has not paid on the judgement yet. Would not advise using this contractor for anything.

All bushes needed major trimming he told us that because of the time of year he would suggest only cutting back so far so as not to ruin the bushes. We agreed for him to cut back as far as he thought he should. He trimmed and shaped them beautifully He spent at least 2hrs on a hot day with the directly on him and he did not stop until he was done Very professional and personable. Will use him again to continue trimming back on the bushes in a month or two and also will use him to install some mulch and edging soon.

Great! Weather delayed initial appointment but he called me (I didn't have to call him to reschedule) to set up a new time; services were provided as promised.

The price I was quoted originally was 3713.75. The quote was very confusing because it also included a quote for 587.50 for my neighbor's sod. It said that was not included in the bottom. I sent an email to the provider as follows:
OK so the total for all the sod is for me is 568.75 and just the patio is 3145.00? I guess with the price of the flagstone we saw that seems very high. I think we have to pass on it.
Further exchange occurred, and then I sent this:

So the actual total is 3713.75 plus the 587.50 for the sod which is 4301.25 . Are you sure? This is almost triple the other estimate we got to prep and

sod and install the patio. Are these the correct numbers?
The provider responded:
No, your total cost is the $3145.00, the breakout in the body of the estimate was put there so that you could see your cost for the sod and

cost for the sod nothing more.
So I hired him to do the job. He had built a beautiful retaining wall for us in March. He also did our front yard last summer and did a nice job. (He has made about $7000.00 off me in the last year) He came out and installed the patio with his crew. He told us the breeze in between the flagstones would sink and they would fill that in. The sod was not done. Payment is required 1/3 down, 1/3 when when material arrives and the final when complete. The sod was supposed to cost me 568.75 and based on the quote t my total cost as he confirmed about was 3145.00. Right before he walked aout the door with the last check I wrote him for almost half the cost of the sod, he said the amount of the job was the 3713.75 amount. I opened my email and showed him the email wherein he told me that was not the correct figure and my total cost was 3145. He said that was his mistake and he would honor it. He said it was his mistake. I have never heard from him again.
I no longer care that he apparently does not want to complete his work but it is stealing to take someone's money and not give it back if you decide not to do the job. I want my money back for the incomplete work and the $223.75 for the sod that I have already paid for. I also purchased $100.00 work of sprinkler parts (in addition to the $2800.00 for a total of $2900.00) that do not work. Of course, since he will not respond by email,

I have all the emails and the quote.
