Business Description: I perform work in the following areas: Room conversions and small additions. Concrete, small slabs. Drywall repair, matching different types of textures. Painting: Interior and exterior. Carpentry: Framing, Trim work: Installation of factory cabinets, base trims, crown molding, windows and doors. Ceramic Tile: shower pans, floors and walls. Laminate counter tops. Electrical: change fixtures- lights, plugs and 2 and 3 way switches. Plumbing: basic repairs and installation of new fixtures. Roofing - limited repairs. Dryer Duct cleaning and I also hang wallpaper too. I started remodeling 1998 while on active duty two years prior to retiring from Military service, remodeling classrooms and working off post on weekends. Having grown up in the business, my stepfather a carpenter and my dad a Custom Home Builder, I choose this second career path. I had a few set backs in the Fall 2005, health being one, but I have recovered and plan to proceed by helping customers with small remodeling jobs or repairs. Most all my work is done alone, so your home or business is secure. I use National estimating to set my prices, currently I'm charging $30 per hour, service call $45. emergency work starts $60 service call plus hourly cost.
