"Asking for a head to toe exam seemed like an imposition, and the waiting period for the appointment was longer than average. I left feeling like I'd been treated" thoroughly but a little shamed as the growths were only actinic keratosis and not likely to evolve into cancer. After using the cream she prescribed for 3 months without resolution my primary care provider burned that recurring growth off in one office treatment.

"Of the six sites, four required surgery, which was performed by Dr.
, in the same clinic, on four visits a few weeks apart. Dr.
" and her staff are all very personable and expert in their work. I am happy that I am now cancer-free.

I highly recommend Dr. Rothfleisch. I was able to make an appointment quickly, even as a new patient. The staff was friendly both on the phone and in person. The Dr. looked at my areas of concern and also performed a full body exam. I like the fact that this was combined in one visit, as I'm sure some providers would have turned this into two visits to bill more.
The Dr. was very clear on his findings and exactly what the next steps are for treatment. He took his time and explained everything he was doing. He answered all my questions. He was also very personable and had a great bedside manner.
I could not have been happier.

I’ve been seeing him for 7-9 years. I go to him regularly and he’s fabulous. I now go once a year and he checks everything. If I need to go to him before then, it’s easy to get me in. The office staff is fine. They are very professional. Everything for the appointment, from beginning to end, is very easy.

Scheduling can be difficult -- I need to book my appointments way in advance. She works for Metro Health, and I always seem to get an additional bill that I don't understand. I then have to call them and I get the runaround. She does know what she's doing, but because of the billing and scheduling difficulties, I'll probably be looking for another dermatologist. I typically wait less than 15 minutes to be seen when I arrive.

is so incredibly nice! I have to drive through congestion to get to her office and it is worth the drive. If you can't get an appointment right away, it is definitely worth the wait!

The office was very busy and it was well past my appointment time before the doctor was able to see me. Other than that, everything went well. My former dermatologist closed his practice and this was the first time I saw Dr.

He gave us a special shampoo that worked pretty well, the treatment seemed pretty effective, however, during our appointment, I asked about the wart my sons hand, and he advised me to make another appointment for further information.

I liked them a lot. They were very good with my son. So I highly recommend them. The office staff was very friendly and very accommodating. They took interest in my son and the medications are helping him wonderfully. Overall they were excellent. Their availability, office environment, punctuality, staff friendliness, bedside or chair side manner, communication, effectiveness of treatment and the billing and administration were all excellent. I would definitely use them again in the future if I needed to.

Over three years of going to them, I have been treated well. Considering they tend to operate an assembly line, or maybe it's just Medicare patients.
