"My refrigerator stopped working Saturday afternoon and when I called
they were friendly and told me I could have one delivered the next" day. I went to
that day where the sale's person was invaluable in making sure I got my refrigerator the next day. He loaded it onto the delivery truck before I even checked out and made sure that I was in the computer scheduled for Sunday's delivery. Special note, the doors on refrigerator were reversed for my kitchen and I was told that having them changed would delay delivery, I had unit delivered anyway. When the delivery drivers noticed the doors were not right they switched everything out before bringing the unit and I am very grateful for that.

"Smooth transaction from start to finish. This was my 2nd time using them. The sales team is friendly, honest, and efficient. I've never had a problem with installers.

Wood or tile floors are good in some rooms, but most homeowners prefer to install carpeting in living rooms and family rooms, especially when children are small. Here are tips on the types of carpeting available and how to pick the right one for your home.

Most  reputable carpet stores should be able to help you, they know what is available. and should be able to find a good carpet for a good price. sometlmes they will buy overruns that are a good value. Also,   make sure they do use a power-streacher when they install the carpet! Pat All Carpet Repair
?

Carpet with pad purchase cost $10-20 for really economy cheap stuff, $20-30 for normal brands, and $30-50/SY (square yard) for high-end carpet, to $100 or more for custom or gold thread and such.

Installation cost does not change much depending on what varpet is installed - generally about $10-20/SY.

So, for normal medium-range carpet I would assume $30-50/SY.

Shopping was a great experience at
Broken Arrow Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
, especially when we showed up a few minutes after closing one time and were let in to get some samples to take home. Just always felt great coming out of their store and decided to go with them despite being a little more expensive than most others. It was worth it though as their service was excellent and the installation went very well, on time, and very polite and professional at every step.

Absolute great folks to work with.

came over and did the measurements with samples and once decided ordered materials. Took about 1 week for materials to arrive and installation began.

and Skip did the installation and did a first class job. Answered all questions and took care in moving the furniture. Installation took a little over four days but would have been done in 4 days if power was not lost. Power was down for about 3 hours and they actually worked with flashlights and came back the next day to finish the job. When job was completed they cleaned up and am completely satisfied with the work performed. Highly recommend if quality and professionalism is what you seek.

He has failed to provide our carpet install, even though we have had at least five appointments confirmed by him since we began this process in early April. He has excuses as to why he couldn't show up each time. We have been very flexible and cooperative, but this man simply fails to deliver. On Thursday, 7/23, he again said he could not do the install, but offered to refund our money. We accepted his offer, and he promised to appear on Friday, 7/24, at 5:00 pm; however, he was a no-show. He has failed to respond to our requests that he update us on his plans to refund.

The man who installed my blinds was unbelievably sloppy, despite many years of experience as an installer. I really couldn't believe the results. He couldn't even measure accurately. It seems to me that measuring would be a critical skill for this kind of job. Also, he didn't finish the job on the first trip, and had to come back again. He said the manufacturer of the blinds hadn't shipped all the parts. Also, he didn't ask me which side of the window (left or right) I wanted the controls (chains and cord) on; he just decided for himself. I'll NEVER again try to "save a few bucks" in future by ordering blines from

The installation of my carpet was done by
Broken Arrow Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
Flooring LLC for
Broken Arrow Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
. The work on my stairway was so badly done that it has to be completely replaced and there was considerable damage to walls that I had just had painted, including a couple of deep gashes. I am very sorry I did not do more research before I hired
Broken Arrow Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
. My overall experience was so disappointing that I am now questioning everything about the company, including the quality of the carpet. And in light of information which, regrettably, I read after-the-fact I suspect that I paid much more than I would have had I hired someone else. Because I take MY responsibilities seriously I will pay for the work when I get the bill, but with a great deal of reservation.
I was told the work would take several hours and, because I was in the way, I was encouraged to leave while the carpet was being installed. When I came back, after about five hours, the head of the the installation crew was also returning to haul away trash from the job. At that point there was still some installation work, and a lot of clean up, to do. I assumed the boss would be back for the promised walk through when the job had been completed but he, and two of the four workers, left soon thereafter and did not return. The remaining two workers seemed surprised that they were expected to replace the furniture that had been moved. I had to essentially walk them through replacing all the furniture, doors a screen they had removed. They said they could not replace the closet doors, so that was not done. I showed the worst wall damage to one of the installers and asked about having it repaired. He emailed a photo to his boss, and I also sent a lengthy email to him, but I never heard from him. I had to do a LOT of cleanup after they left. There was carpet dust and carpet debris everywhere, including on my furniture. I even found a piece of my bed frame when I removed an HVAC vent to clean out the carpet debris. I also learned when I tried, unsuccessfully, to hook my television back up that the cable wire had been damaged so a cable person had to come the next day and replace it. All-in-all a very unprofessional job.
When I did not hear back from the installer, I tried contacting my sales person but she said she couldn't help and told me to call the 800 number. I called and explained the situation and was told someone would get back to me within 2-4 days. I said that was unacceptable and that I was considering withholding payment. So they said someone would call within two hours. Three hours later I called again and, after being on hold for 20 minutes, went through the whole thing again. I was put on hold two more times while they tried to contact someone who could help. There was no response so I was told they would have to call me back. It was suggested that I just email some photos of the damage but I said I wanted to talk to someone who could address my issues. Several hours later, the third person I talked to was finally able to set up an appointment for an installer to come inspect the work. The person who came to do the inspection agreed that the work on the stairway was unprofessional and that the walls needed to be repaired, but he couldn't tell me when. He also managed to easily replace one of the 'un-replaceable' closet doors. I am now waiting for a call to set up a date and time for the stairs to be re-done and the walls repaired.
I had to pay the entire amount before work began (which I will never do again), but I never received a receipt for my payment nor did I receive any warranty information for the carpet. I noted this when I called and was told both would be mailed to me within 15 days, later amended to 7 days when I pointed out that that time frame was ridiculous. I don't know if

Flooring works exclusively for
Broken Arrow Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked

, again. Nor can I, in good conscience, recommend that anyone else do so.

This process took 5 days and was much better than I could have imagined. The sanding system used included a vacuum so that the dust left in my house was very minimal. Very professional people- from the first phone call through the entire process. I will use them again because of that.
