Reviews for Broken Arrow Carpet Installers

"Initially had trouble getting responses from the sales person. Once we were past that it went well as far as selection and choice of material. Then came the installation. The installers would have a daily excuse for showing up late, or not at all on a couple days. Left grout stuck to the door knobs to master bedroom, bath, garage,,, Left grout splatter on furniture and stained foot prints from the grout dye across the carpeting from the garage entry in the front of the house, down the hall, through the
to the master bath, Left base boards loose and lying in the hall. A general mess of our house. I will definitely try someplace else if I ever have to replace carpet or tile again.

"Apparently MillCreek has several contract crews doing installation work and I was fortunate enough to have
do the installation on this job with a helper.
is super polite, professional, detailed, and very fast. He takes a lot of pride in his work. It took him 2 days to complete this job. I did the math and figured that he and his helper worked at a rate of 75 sq ft an hour (includes moving the furniture, removing the capeting, pad, and trim and installing the new wood laminate). It's incredible! I would recommend anyone looking to get flooring done at MillCreek to ask about
's availability.
I also had the pleasure of working with
as my consultant on this job. She has a background in interior decorating, so she was able to help us find the right color and shade of laminate to best match our walls and furniture. We never felt pressured for a decision on anything. She was concerned with us getting exactly what we wanted, how we wanted it, and when we needed it. My wife and I went at our own pace and asked a lot of questions about the materials, costs, financing, and installation. We found
to be very honest, knowledgable, pleasant, and professional.
I was initially nervous with doing this big of a project and not having any personal experience in dealing with MillCreek. But everything turned out great and my wife and I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. I would certainly use MillCreek again if I ever do any more flooring projects, especially if I could work with the same people again.
One thing that I did learn on this project is that I am glad that I went with the thicker (12mm) wood laminate. Once the carpeting was removed, we found that my foundation wasn't perfectly level(no foundation is, some are worse/better than others).
, and I discussed some possible remedies once the foundation imperfections were found. But they suggested to me that I could live with not having anything extra work done since the thicker laminate would flex less and make it less noticeable when I walked on it. And so far, I agree with that.

Broken Arrow Carpet Installers Reviews

"I had used
Broken Arrow Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
20+ yrs ago at my former house and was pleased, so I went there again when I needed carpet for a house I recently moved into. Choosing the carpet at the store went OK, although I didn't have much help from the salesman. Since I had already moved in, I was told the installers would move the furniture out of one room at a time,

the carpet, move the furniture back in place, move to another room & repeat the process. However, that's not how it was done. The installers arrived on schedule and proceeded to move ALL the furniture out of every room. There was furniture in every space that was not carpeted and even some bed frames outside. The installers worked for 12.5 hours continuously - from 9:00 a.m. till 9:30 p.m. I will say the installed carpet looks very nice. However, there was no room for me in the house during the installation so I spent the day outside or in the garage, and I didn't appreciate having to do that. Furthermore, several pieces of furniture were not moved back to their original location. Also, an inexpensive wall clock in an uncarpeted area fell & broke, but the installers did not mention it. One of the most aggravating things is that my uncarpeted floors (ceramic tile) now have a "sticky" residue that I have not been able to get rid of. In addition, my

vacuum would not move on the new carpet, so I had to buy another vacuum. This is apparently a known problem for some types of carpet, so it would have been nice if the salesman had mentioned it before the purchase.
Probably the most disappointing thing, however, is that NO ONE from

contacted me in any way after the installation. I purposely waited to write this review to see if I would receive a phone call or a mailing asking about my satisfaction with the purchase & installation, but I have not. I consider that very poor customer service.

"They were there to help us find the carpet we were looking for and they came and put it in. The prices were fair for the type of carpet that was laid. The carpet looks great."
"They only took a couple of hours to complete this job that I am pleased with. They did a great job installing this for me. When they arrived we had moved all the furniture."
"I think they did a good job in installing my carpet. The workers were very neat and tidy. They all picked up after themselves without my order. I wouldn't mind using this company again."
"They did a wonderful job on our carpet. We had problems with another company leaving
