SUBCONTRACTORS AND TRADE PARTNERS ARE USED OFTEN IN OUR BUSINESS FOR SERVICES THAT COINCIDE WITH WHAT WE PROVIDE IN -HOUSE. ALL PARTNERS ARE CHECKED YEARLY FOR INSURANCE AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS. WE DO CHARGE $75.00 FOR ALL ESTIMATES. THIS COST IS USED TOWARDS ANY WORK WE PROVIDE FOR YOU. WORK PERFORMED AFTER-HOURS AND ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS ARE SUBJECT TO HIGHER CHARGES. ESTIMATES ARE PROVIDED BEFORE ANY WORK IS BEGUN PER OHIO LAW. IF YOU MENTION ANGIE'S LIST WHEN SCHEDULING SERVICE FOR CARPET OR UPHOLSTERY CLEANING, A 10% DISCOUNT IS AVAILABLE.
