His final position with the company was that of Service Manager where professionalism and a "customer first" philosophy became engrained in his core beliefs. During this period, he remodeled two Victorian Houses and one Center Entrance Colonial. Being a “Do-it-Yourselfer”, he learned building codes, construction and remodeling methods as well as the importance of keeping the house functional, clean and the workplace safe due to children and pets. Mr. Parsons opened American Home Improvements in 1998, building the company's reputation on professionalism and customer service. In 2011, the company expanded and changed its business name to Coverall Home Improvements. As a result, Coverall Home Improvements, LLC received multiple awards for excellence and a National Magazine featured one of our remodeling projects. 1.
