For my tile purchases, a representative of
came to my home and measured the walls and floors to determine how much tile would be needed. The representative was very professional and well qualified. For the carpet, I had a small area of carpeting I needed to install. The price for the carpeting and padding was very competitive; the installation was well done. I have pre-purchased the same carpet and padding for another room; I won't be needed this carpet for a year, but they offered a great price and were willing to reserve the product for me now, at the special price for later delivery and installation. I have been very happy with
over the three years that I have been doing business with them.

was very helpful in providing us with information regarding types of flooring and making a decision regarding what would work for us. The removal of the old carpet and the installation of the new carpet was completed without any problems. The installers were very nice and did a good job. The price of the job was very reasonable.

Carpet Installation reviews in Washington Township

was tremendous! Took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the different benefits to the billion different types of carpet. The carpet installation went very well. My only gripe (a small one) is that they couldn't give me any indication or estimate as to when the installers would arrive. The installers worked tirelessly until all the carpet (including two sets of stairs) was installed & cleaned up. They even took our old carpet away for disposal!

The representative that came our was slimy. He did not bring carpet samples and kept telling me I did not need to see them because he "knew what I wanted." He was an older gentleman and most likely was under the impression that he was being charming. However, he kept commenting on my appearance at one point even touching my face. My son was in the other room and even he knew, at ten, that the guy was a creeper. He also was interested in whether or not I had gold in the house for his other business. I did not answer because it was such an odd request. The "little woman" attitude that he could not show me carpet without my husband was particularly annoying. The call was high pressure too. He also incorrectly measured the house.
I called and complained to Empire, and though my description of the whole event kept the customer service rep laughing - I never heard from Empire, which disappoints me. I would not use this company.

OK service. Met with a designer several times in the store and at the job site. We ran into some problems with having enough materials ordered (although I'd rather them order too little than too much) and with our designer forgetting to order certain materials, which postponed work. Professionalism was also an issue. Main concerns were pushiness on the part of the designer and the attitude of the instillation crew, who were reluctant to introduce themselves or answer questions about their process and who played their music loudly while installing despite being asked to turn it down. We also took issue with their instillation dates...despite ordering materials and discussing the job several times with the designer, she never talked to us about an instillation date, so we assumed it wouldn't be a problem. When we finally told her we were ready to install, she told us her workers were a month out. Granted, we should have brought it up sooner, but fault still remained on her due to her a) not telling us up front how far out her workers were so we could plan accordingly and b) never even discussing the install process until we brought it up. We'd use them again, but would go in there with a firm plan so we didn't get pushed around by the designer, and would demand an up-front install date.

Rich of

paid attention to every aspect of the job. It was not an easy job, because the job on the 2nd floor landing was not a wall-to-wall carpeting but a replacement of a very specific and peculiar cut-out rug placement. Rich took careful measurements on his first visit, but as he was cutting out the carpet in his workshop, noticed that the existing shape of the rug placement is not symmetrical at all. So he returned for a second measurement, making sure that the replacement would fit exactly on the peculiar shape in place now.
He attends to every detail of what you want, explains his recommendations thoroughly, and goes out of his way to give you the best supplies and workmanship that he can. His team is a close-knit team and very professional. We are extremely happy with our carpeting and would recommend him anytime.

Company was Great to deal with. Spoke with JD on Friday and got Monday install appointment. They normally service my son's building, so we called then when we needed some replacement carpet in his apartment. The installer was on time but argued that he didn't bring enough carpet. This company told me they had the apt. measurements on file, and my son re-measured the room and hall for them (I double checked), but still the installer ran the tape as if the area was 16 feet by 16 feet which it was not. Room was under 11x11 with 2x3 entry, and hall was 2x8. Really nice plush carpet and professionally installed (after discussion)!!! Overall very happy, though they should have provide a discount for missing the closet.
*I would use them again, except demand a receipt which I was not given and demand closet be done as per verbal agreement.

They did a GREAT job! We have had a lot of things done in our home from roofing to yard work. This process from start to finish, was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I would absolutely use them again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a courteous and professional company. A+++++++++++

I had used them once before, years ago, to help stretch that carpet as it was developing ripples. They were friendly and responsive, and their price was in line with other professional (non-big-box) outfits I checked. This would have been a full "excellent" review but for the fact that, somehow, the amount of carpet needed was mis-measured. When the installers arrived the first time, they discovered this and I was majorly frustrated at having to wait another week and a half for a new shipment of carpet. Finally everything got installed, and I am - in the end - very happy with the result. (They offered a discount to the final price, by the way, to make up for the fubar.)

repaired a large ripple in the

that was the result of stretching from a previous carpet cleaning by another company. We have a large entertainment center on the carpet that could not be moved, but

cut around it and it is not visible at all. There was a small area that needed to be pieced and he did that seamlessly. You cannot tell it was done.
