"I got the tow service in CT but put the complaining on this address.
helped me to tow my car but scratched my front bumper deeply when they towed my car to the" bed. At that time, the car was not drivable. The inspector came look at this and made it as a case and asked me to get the damage estimated then fax them the paperwork, so I did but get a rejected result with unreasonable no explanation. I am extremely disappointed. They waisted my time and all the work and didn't get it solved fairly. I can put them in the court with all the pictures I took as the proof. They are very unprofessional.

"I would like to start by saying that I am very salty about this so please take it as you will. I arrived at my home to find a blue pickup truck with two guys (not in any uniform) loading" my motorcycle onto the back of their unmarked truck. When I pulled up I asked what was going on and the drive said it was done. I said that I was sorry but I didn't understand. He said he was impounding the bike. I asked on who's authority. He said the
and that if I had questions I could call the cops. I parked my car and just said I wanted to understand why they were taking my bike out of my parking spot. When I asked for clarification he said it was impounded. I said that it wasn't and he said it was now. When I tried to understand by asking questions, the guy asked if I was stupid. I said that I was just trying to understand what was going on. He said I was stupid and handed me a card that has the company name on it, phone number, fax and email. No address or hours. When I proceeded to ask questions he just drove away. I tried to find a website for the company and there is not one. I called the phone number and they said they will only give me my vehicle if I give them cash. They could not give me a direct answer when I asked about when the fees go up, it seemed like he was making it up in his head. So this is my customer service experience: I drive up to two guys, not wearing a uniform or badges, loading my motorcycle into the back of an unmarked pickup truck. They insult me and hand me a card that I could have printed off my computer. They don't answer questions they are just rude. What I would have expected: Me driving up to a clearly marked vehicle with two guys, dressed with a logo
or nametag, loading my motorcycle into the vehicle. When I ask what is going on, one of them should have walked up to me handed me their card asked if it was my bike. If I said yes, then how about this, "
'am, your vehicle is not displaying the correct tags, as a result your
has had it towed. If you would like to ask further questions please call them. In order to pick up your vehicle please come to___ by ___. It will be this cost. Any additional day will cost _____" I understand why it was towed. I am mad about that but the purpose of this post is to tell you how upset I am about the way I was treated. All I ask is that someone tell me what is going on with a little professional courtesy. Its not like I got our of my car with a baseball bat an threatened anyone. All I wanted to know was why to random guys were putting my bike in the back of a random truck. Is that to much to ask???

"Both drivers I dealt with were prompt, safety oriented, and provided excellent service. They make an effort to ensure that despite having to have your car towed you will be well treated. I would highly recommend them.

Went in to see them about trouble I was having with my daughters 08 Nissan Altima automatic transmission. They told me that there was a problem and the transmission needed to be replaced. A $5,000.00 to $6,000.00 job. They also did some research and found that there was an extended warranty from Nissan for that transmission. They printed out the extended warranty notice for me and they even gave me directions to the nearest Nissan dealer.
I took the car to Nissan and they replaced the transmission at no cost to me. Friendly and honest. This is the first time I used these guys and I look forward to a long relationship.

They waited 14 days to send us a letter saying they had our car, at a cost of $25 per day.
The registered letter they sent arrived on a Friday - I think they were hoping we'd wait until Monday to get the car, another $75 for them.
The letter gave an address on Vancouver Ave. but when we arrived we were told the car was way out on N Portland Ave, a 30 minute drive. Nowhere in the letter did it say the car was not at the address in the letterhead.
We had called them 3 times that day, but no one ever answered the phone, nor returned any of our phone calls, we left our phone number in the voice messages.
They make a great profit, but are not a very nice or considerate company.
I would never use them for any

They showed up at the request of our car dealership and jacked the car up to remove the post so wheels would touch the ground and be able to drive away. We were given a bill for $444 which was broken down as $59 for

, $345 for winching and $40 for storage but also marked as labor. When we asked the fellow why it was so much he told us not to worry, as he would
Washington Court House Towing Company Provider Name Locked
it down as an "accident" so we could turn it in to our insurance. The fellow was there for 45 minutes and we were not towed nor winched. Twice during the work people who had cars unable to pass asked if he could move his truck a little bit so that they could get by. His response was, "If I have to move the truck it is going to cost this lady more, as I need to charge for every time I move it." After the work was done, and we had time to digest what had happened, I called the company to see if we could get a reduction in their $444 and 3 days later, after not hearing back, I called again and was told they were not willing to reduce the price and was told they had to come out three times before they actually did the work. The first time they came out they said they couldn't do the work because my wife wasn't willing to move her car. Well, it was her car that was on top of the mailbox, so I can't see how that was possible, especially as she was at work. They were told, by my wife, that we would be there at 3:45 and the driver agreed to meet us then. That was the only contact we had with the company, as I previously mentioned they were sent out at the request of the dealership. The driver never mentioned to us when we were there that it was the third time he had to come out, and it never did come up until their office manager mentioned it today. After being told today that they wouldn't reduce the price, I asked about the Senior Discount of 15% which is mentioned on their website. I was told that had to be requested prior to the service, and there had to be proof of age. When I asked if we were eligible for their First Time Tow Discount of 15% I was told we were not as they never towed us. I asked why we were charged $59 for
Washington Court House Towing Company Provider Name Locked
and was told that is really their fee for showing up. This company has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to have to use them. In fact, I had let my Angie's List membership lapse, but renewed it just to let people know how poorly we were treated.

Cars never break down at convenient times or places, and this was no exception. Thanksgiving weekend, Sunday evening, 35 miles from home on a rural highway. My son's car lost all electrical power and stopped running. Checking with Angie's List, I found
Washington Court House Towing Company Provider Name Locked
and gave them a call.
Washington Court House Towing Company Provider Name Locked
answered right away, and agreed to go pick up the car, and bring my son and the car to our regular shop for repair. When he learned where we lived, he offered to drop my son off en route to the repair shop, which he did. After that, he took the car to the shop and dropped the keys in the night slot. He was on time, friendly, professional, reasonably priced, with good equipment. I highly recommend him.

Washington Court House Towing Company Provider Name Locked
arrived at approx. 905am and went straight to work, finishing the job in approx. 30 minutes. I was then asked if i'd be paying by cash, check or credit card - i chose the latter.
Washington Court House Towing Company Provider Name Locked
