"Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, excellent work and they cleaned up after themselves before they left. I would highly recommend these guys to do any of the work" I've had done. I would call
directly at 817-744-8353.

"Provides wireless internet service, usually very good signal quality. However, we typically
our signal if a rain storm is approaching. This" is usually a short-term issue (less than 1 hour). The only time we experience poor signal quality is when there is a surge of activity hogging the bandwidth. This occurs most often when there are festivals and special event markets in town that require on-site credit card processing. Customer service is moderately responsive when this occurs, but is limited to explaining what is causing the problem since service is limited by bandwidth. (The last time I reported the issue, I had been without internet access for over 12 hours. I was advised just to wait it out or to adjust my online hours to late night!)

Voice Mail Service reviews in Toledo

Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
removed wallpaper, repaired the walls and painted two bathrooms and one bedroom. His work was excellent and he was very neat. He showed up on time every day, finished the projects on time, cleaned up thoroughly every day. He completed all three projects with little on no interruption to our daily routine.
Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
is exceptionally pleasant and personable-he is enjoyable to work with.

Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
is a very professionals, knowledgeable technical staff and sold us the right phone system solution for our office. I would recommend them to any business that are looking to get a new office phone system or upgrade their old phone system.

This is our 3rd time using
Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
and he is great. He shows up when he's suppose to. If he's held up, he calls. He gives alternatives when he sees them and tells me honestly when something is just not possible. No surprises with cost either. I highly recommend this company.

The call center people were not friendly, nor were they proficient with the system the company claims they use all the time.
The answering service did not always answer the phone.
They failed to cancel appointments when clients called to reschedule.
They made an appointment at my business for an individual who was trying to make an appointment in another state. (
Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
and Arizona aren't very close to one another...)
Clients complained to me about being treated rudely, being rushed, and being told there were no openings when there were openings.
There were several days where the system was not online for me to view and when I called no one answered.

The guy installing the security system didn't seem to have any idea of what he was doing. It was scheduled to take one day and he couldn't figure it out so had to book a second. This wasted even more of my time because I had to be there. He parked his truck right in front of our mailbox. I told him not to do that because it would annoy the US Post Office. Sure enough, the
Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
truck came by, couldn't get to our mailbox, and left a note on the
Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
truck, after which the
Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
worker complained to me about it.
We got the full
Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
Home Security package: lighting, cameras, thermostat, etc. The cameras kept losing connectivity right away. I had to call customer service to have them talk me through resetting them. The settings for sending messages / videos / texts when event occurred kept changing on me. I have given up on resetting them. The cameras finally lost all connectivity last Fall. The thermostat needed to be re-calibrated so I had to call customer service again to have them talk me through that. Oh, - and FYI - if you don't get the thermostat connected to the power line (have a good HVAC person do this) the thermostat needs new batteries all the time. They don't tell you that. The touchpad needed to be rebooted a few times so I had to call about that. I can't believe how much maintenance I have had to do with this system. The touchpad finally failed completely last Fall, too. I tried multiple times to follow
Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
's instructions but nothing worked so I finally turned it off because it kept alarming. After that, the thermostat kept trying to connect to the touchpad via WiFi - and, since it wasn't there - it ate through a lot of batteries. I mean a lot. The thermostat kept failing (due to lack of power if we didn't change to new batteries right away) so that when we got home from work the house was hot. This is summer!
At this point, the whole thing was a big FAIL.
I called
Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
(once again) to ask them for an appointment. I travel a lot for business (which is why I wanted a security system to begin with) and told them I was available on June 13th. (This time I was pushing for an appointment instead of trying to resolve this by having them talk me through the "fix" - - and they NEVER offered to come out). This was on the 2nd. She told me they could make the appointment for the 6th. I told them, no, I was still out of town on the 6th and so needed the 13th. She told me she would make an appointment for the 10th. I said, again, no, I was out of town and I could be home on the 13th. She said that they don't make appointments over a week out and I would have to take the 10th and call them on the 8th to cancel the appointment and make a new one. Now, why in the world would I want an appointment that I can't keep? (And they make so much money, why is it that they have a calendar that only goes a week out??) I told her, no, I didn't want the appointment on the 10th. This was one of many phone calls,
Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
"chats", etc., that had no positive outcome and, honestly, I was at the point where I was tempted to throw the whole system in the trash, even if I was still paying the monthly fee. I was that fed up. I had asked about canceling the contract but
Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
wanted to charge me for canceling! I said - that is ridiculous because I think the contract is for
Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
providing me a working system, which they did not do. They didn't care. I will tell you, any time I called them, contacted them, "chatted" online with them, they didn't care. I even asked for a supervisor and she sounded extremely annoyed that I called.
Ok - on the 9th, I got a call from
Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
confirming my appointment on the 10th! I was half tempted to let their worker show up when I wasn't going to be there just to waste their time, too. Well, I was nice and I canceled that appointment (that they made and I hadn't wanted in the first place!) I finally found the name of a person in charge of customer service online and contacted him via email. Now, keep in mind that I got the system in January 2013 and it had been failing for a year and a half by now. This person, I have to say, finally took some action. He told me that they would work around my schedule. They did. They sent out a man who actually knew what he was doing! It was so refreshing. He had to do a hard reboot of a few things, whatever that means, and it finally worked. He also gave me instructions that the first guy never did and gave me some training on the touchpad. In addition, he checked our cable and our phone. He went out to the box outside. He told me that all
Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
techs are supposed to check the box outside on every visit. He said it was obviously no one had done it in years (probably since 2001 when our house was built and we moved in). The connections were all very old and out of date. He replaced all of these.
So, if our neighbors are reading this, make sure
Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
checks your boxes.
While it was nice the last tech knew what he was doing, the group as a whole gets a low score for customer service and everything else. I am definitely looking into getting a different alarm system as soon as the contract expires in January 2015. I am considering eliminating my land-line (which is also
Toledo Voicemail Services Provider Name Locked
) and maybe even switching cable companies (if there is a good one out there).

Worked closely with me on selecting a machine that would match very tight space restrictions. Included help/advice on removal of old machine, when again there were severe restrictions on movement in and out of home. Professional installation, and provided instruction on using new machine (which operates differently than my old one).

Their TV record menu is slow and getting slower. Worst of all, they listed our phone number, which we have had for more than 40 years, as the local hospital, for reasons they can't explain, and can't seem to fix it. They are not concerned, basically, because they are not the ones getting calls in the middle of the night. Once it was posted on the web, it went into a loop. They act like a monopoly. Fortunately, they're not, so we'll be finding another provider.

- Charles D Y.

I was very impressed at the level of detail the installers went to to ensure that we understood how the system works. The two installers did a very professional job at a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend them.
