For the money, the TV goes out frequently. I know that's a complaint the dish people have when there's a storm the TV goes out, well, I've lost television quite frequently. I have HD. I don't know if the HD if it buffers or what it is but it always pixels so you can't see the screen. I think I should be getting a deduction. If my TV is off for several hours of the day, that should come off the bill. I have to say though, when you do finally get their tech support people they are good. They're extremely patient. It takes a long time sometimes to get to their tech people and it's a little inconvenient since I have my phone with them I have to call on my cell phone, I can't call on my landline because if they have me unplug stuff I

Our problem with them is, I'm going to say, whenever you called it was out of not realize that we were limited as far as service here and they would send the technicians out and the technicians would say, I wish they would learn what this area is like. We are in a rural area.”
Issue: Able to make calls, but no one can hear me. If someone calls in, the phone works fine. (Note-I had bought new cordless phones as I thought the phone was the problem).
I had two previous service calls for the same issue within the last two weeks. The last technician informed me I would need my Motorola phone box swapped out with a Kalix phone box. He stated that would resolve the issue and asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment then. He would have done it at the time, but didn't have a Kalix box with him.
I said I'd call to make an appointment because I needed to look at my calendar first. He made notes in the account stating what needed to be done.
He plugged in a corded phone and said it worked fine. He stated it was my cordless phones that were the problem. When he left, he stated "I will be charging you for this visit."
After two weeks of calls to customer service reps, countless hours of time on hold, and waiting on Service Technicians, I am done with
