Business Description: We educate individuals and groups, large and small, about health and wellness. We dispel many myths about our foods, nutrition, and health. Our goal is to teach people baby steps to better health through eating whole foods in balance while filling in any gaps with supplementation. We establish wellness programs; creating natural solutions for people dealing with various health issues including cancer, heart health, joint pain, ADHD/ADD, diabetes, and many more. We also help increase athletic performance and overall wellness. We also create programs for weight management. After the first consultation, we will set up a program specific to the clients needs. They can be conducted over the phone or in person. If we are meeting outside a 20 mile radius of the office, mileage charges would be incurred at $.55/mile. For Angie's List members, there would be a 25% discount on the initial appointment and a 10% discount on any services thereafter. We are passionate in helping people, through baby steps, achieve the level of health they desire; to live a long and fully lived life. We are committed to going the extra mile! We are even willing to go grocery shopping with you if that is what it takes!
