"I absolutely loved them. Some doctors office we go to, they schedule six patients in ten minutes. They do not do that there. They take their time and make sure we understand everything." Obviously, we cannot hear very well, that is why we are there in the first place, so they make sure they speak very clearly and understandingly. They make sure we understand everything and they are just super nice people. There is not anything that I do not like about them.

"The exam went fine. My hearing test results were what I expected. I have significant hearing loss in all the high tones. I had been given a similar test at another hearing office with" similar results. Bill was very gentle and caring and explained all about the different types of aids available. He suggested the behind-the-ear model that are virtually invisible. I took his recommendation and did some research on each of the 3 models he suggested. I picked out the type I wanted --
, based on their technical specifications. They seemed superior to the other brands offered. I went back to the office and ordered the aids. Bill said it would take about a week for they to come in. Bill called me in a week, scheduled an appointment to come in and fit, adjust and explaining the use of the aids. His price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I had been given for the same units. I would recommend using this company to anyone who wants a quality product at an affordable price. As many follow-up visits as you need are included in the price of the hearing aids. He also gives you extra batteries and Domes, at not additional cost. His service was great.

"The order was entered quickly and efficiently. The correct set of contacts arrived a few days later. I received a phone call that they were in and went to pick them up. In addition," insurance information for a vision plan I had was provided so I could file my claim. Picking up the contacts took no more than 10 minutes of my time. The cost of these contacts is much less when being provided via
versus my eye doctor's office.

Hearing Aid reviews in Reynoldsburg

They are really good. Everything that the doctor here did was fine. I am satisfied with the hearing aid and the way they treated me. They are very courteous, understanding, and helpful. They were able to understand my situation very well and were very accommodating. The whole experience was very good. I did not have any trouble getting an appointment. I called them up and talked to the audiologist. There was no problem. They were very good.

Although I initially couldn't seem to find the phone number, you need to call the general number and ask for the Hearing Services. After being connected, I was able to make an appointment for the hearing test and it was for less than a week away. Again, when arriving in the parking lot, there was some trepidation on my part as to where to go (the facility is quite large) but there are very clear signs above each door and finding the Hearing Services was very easy! In the lobby area, the receptionist is right where you come in and she was excellent in finding my appointment and giving me the proper paperwork to fill out before my appointment. After returning it to her, I was called into the Dr's office very quickly. Dr.

is EXCELLENT! We spoke about the overall process and then he took me to

's office for him to give me the hearing test. His office area includes the "sound-proof booth" where you sit to take the actual hearing test. I was very comfortable and it had large windows so I did not feel at all claustrophobic. After

's office where we discussed possible hearing aids -- yes, I do have a hearing loss that can be helped by hearing aids. After some discussion, my husband and I decided on which option to purchase and Dr

explained the different options for payment and delivery. FYI, although if you do not want to get your hearing aids from them, the whole process of evaluation is FREE. After putting one-half down and having forms taken of my ears (for in-ear hearing aids), we left and awaited the call saying that they were available for pick-up. In less than a week, they were available and we met again with

who tested them to be sure they fit along with explaining the process for me to learn how to adjust to them. Although I didn't know this in advance, there is a break-in process for hearing aids which can take from 2 to 12 weeks depending upon your willingness to use them to re-learn how to hear correctly. I am pleased to say that all is going well, if somewhat differently than what I expected. I have had my hearing aids for 4 days now and am able to hear much more than what I thought I was missing - it is amazing how much I was not hearing before.

I would give him a rating below an F. The pricing appeared to be fairly low. I had heard of others that were almost twice the amount. He apparently posted brochures in his waiting room about the credit bureau and I was supposed to read those brochures. I looked at magazines instead of the brochures. The deceptive practice negates the pricing so it gets an F. My entire exposure to the man became an F. At the time I was impressed at how the device changed my hearing ability. Once we had gotten to the point where it became a negative thing, it was all totally negative. I would not use him and I would caution others about using him. He looks like he has a good product but he has a nasty way of doing it.

’t like the office lady's attitude. The guy who sold it to me was very nice, however he is no longer there. She gives me a hard time when I ask her to clean and check my hearing aid which was a service that was included with the purchase of the hearing aid. This was a service that was offered for all my hearing aids. The receptionist is nice and always friendly.

, the audiologist was so very courteous to both my mother and myself. She interviewed my mother extensively about activities, lifestyle, her home environment, etc. All to determine her hearing needs and the conditions that she would be wearing the hearing aid. For example, if she spent time outside, there is a consideration for wind noise; attended a lot of concerts - a consideration for echo block. She gave some recommendations for changes at home to help when watching television - moving a speaker closer to wear my mother sits, etc. She explained the testing process before she started and then administered the hearing test. She clearly explained to us both what the test data meant and the extent of my mother's hearing loss, all in understandable terms.

We were presented with three recommended hearing aids; the features of each were clearly explained and the prices provided. Others were available if these did not meet her needs.

reviewed all the options that were available with each and which she thought would be helpful and of value to my mother. She did not try to oversell anything and there was never any pressure to buy that day. All recommendations were valid and none were things that were not needed.

She explained the services - warranties and office visits - offered at
Reynoldsburg Digital Hearing Aids Provider Name Locked
(AHC) which has 30 franchise offices in Florida that can help and support.

Some Things to ask:
Money Back Guarantee Period What are the terms? How long and is it 100% full money back or is there a restocking or other fee?
Manufacturer's Warranty Period: What is the process to get repairs? Is there any shipping fee, deductible, etc? How long does it take and who does the repairs? Loss or Damage Warranty Period: What is covered? How much is the deductible? Who pays shipping? How many visits are included for fittings and programming?

Are additional visits included and for how much?

Who provides the fitting services? Is it the seller or a third party provider?
ACH offered much more than anyone else - local or Internet seller. AHC offered a longer 100% Money Back Guarantee Period, 1 year longer Manufacturer's Warranty Period, 1 year longer Loss and Damage Period with a $150 lower deductible and unlimited aftercare visits at no additional cost provided by AHC not a another company. My mother placed the order and the hearing aids were in the office within 3 days.

Follow up: Friday my mother got her new hearing aids. When she put them on her face just lit up and she smiled the whole appointment.
Reynoldsburg Digital Hearing Aids Provider Name Locked
helped her to adjust and program the hearing aids to her needs. She made sure my mother felt comfortable with how to use and care for them. We never felt rushed.

Next week will be her first follow up visit. So far so good. My mother feels very comfortable going back on her own. That says a lot!

Reynoldsburg Digital Hearing Aids Provider Name Locked
Center, Port Orange truly have the customer's best interest at heart. They are here for the long haul, not just to sell you a hearing aid. And don't forget to ask about the referral program where customers can earn $20 and $50 gift cards for referring AHC to others. don't think they would be offering this if customers were not happy.

I see his picture in the paper just about everyday. He has one office in

Gording is a board certified hearing instrument specialist. My husband likes going to him and he sees the main guy. He's very good. If you just have a little problem or something and you go over to him, he'll check it for you. He's very accommodating.

Custom fit ear units are surprisingly comfortable and easy to use. Putting in batteries easier then expected. My hearing is not perfect but much better. Wind noise while walking into 20mph winds stops conservation. Low pitch sound masks some TV speech-sort of masking message. Overall good hearing but not quite "normal".
