As these were a gift, I don't know how much they cost. What I do know is that I usually buy prettier, more colorful flowers for $15 on a semi-regular basis for myself and these were a disappointment for a special occasion. I do not recommend this company.

friend's funeral. The arrangement received appeared nothing at all like the picture on the website. It arrived on time but was just not at all what we wanted as a tribute for our friend. When we returned from the visitation i sent an e-mail of complaint stating our disappointment. They wanted us to send them a picture of the arrangement for them to review and then they would "determine the next steps" I sent a reply that I would not be taking pictures during my friends funeral to verify my complaint was justified. I feel they should do their own quality control- why should that be the customers responsibility? They are dealing with customers who are already upset over the loss of a loved one. Their final email restated the disclaimers on the site- you may not get what you order because of bla-bla-bla.... I say if you are a Teleflora florist you should have their containers/vases/supplies so people get what they pay for. don't have pictures of arrangements you can't deliver.

I informed the Representative that I was home all day of the scheduled delivery on Valentine's Day and nobody made any delivery attempts here nor did anyone call our home telephone number. The Representative put me on hold again while she (allegedly) called the florist. The Representative came back on the line to inform me the best she could do is give me a $10 coupon for a future order. I said no thanks, and informed her that there will never be another order through

by me. I told the Representative this is unacceptable and I will dispute the charge with my credit card company and said good-bye. It is a shame to have to be put through this but I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.
Now I have to ask the question; if you placed an order for your spouse, significant otehr, friend or sweetheart for Valentine's Day delivery and it showed up two days later without so much as a response to five e-mails of inquiry or a telephone call from anyone, would this be acceptable to you?

"They are the absolute worst. NEVER EVER use this company. After my husband ordered flowers for me for Valentines day 1 week early to be delivered on the 13th, they never delivered the flowers. He called they said they would be there the next day, well they were again never delivered. My husband called and was on hold for over 25 minutes. When he asked to speak to a supervisor that person would not come on the phone. We have since looked at reviews OTHER THAN ON THEIR WEBSITE as those are removed if they are not good reviews, but in another place they have the worst reviews of any florist I have ever seen. They seem to never deliver and if they do the flowers are horrible or not what was ordered. From the 50 or more reviews I looked at the complaints were all the same.

Had to go through ordering department many times just to talk to someone. also sent many emails with not replies until next day. Which would be sunday.I was promised again delivery on sunday. which did not happen. Tried to cancel my order but they were going to charge a 50 percent restocking fee. This was told to me by quality control. so I had them send them for Monday. Since she only works on weekends, she still hasn't received them. There is more to this complaint, but its making me frustrated just writng this. THis florist really ruined my valentines day!!!
