They came with 4 helpers and did everything too quickly - bathrooms were clean, but house overall did not look clean after the whole job. After about 2hr of them cleaning the house I had to leave for a quick errand, before I left I instructed them to clean the kitchen hard wood floors the way we wanted, and also the kitchen cooking
/oven was supposed to be pulled out of place before cleaning behind it. We agreed that when I came back from my errand they would explain to me all the points that were cleaned and all the work that was done, including cleaning the objects that were kept in high places. I knew they had at least and hour and half more worth of work remaining, but when I came back after around 40 minutes, they were simply gone.
The kitchen floors were not mopped down with vinegar, they looked simply broomed over and ceiling fans didn't look clean either.
So after I left, they basically just ran away, without a phone call or anything, after just quickly giving some superficial touches to the remaining work. When I called their coordinator, he said they had another job and he would try to get them to come back, but neither did they come back nor called back.
Very unprofessional, not worth the money, will never hire them back!! Very upset and dissastified! We want our money back!

The pricing came in a bit high for this company, but we decided to give them a shot anyhow because my wife and I both work a lot and we needed help keeping our home clean. Quality of cleanings with this company was up and down. Probably once a month or perhaps once every two months, I had to contact the owner to let her know the quality of the cleaning was sub-par or they cleaned the wrong rooms. What finally ended our relationship with the company was that they didn't clean our floors well, so I wrote the owner to let her know and then they sent a crew out to our house the next business day to re-clean the floors, but they never got our permission to enter the home on that day, and as such, our home alarm was set and they set off the alarm. The police came and we received a warning notice of false alarm. We ended our relationship with the company after that.
, the owner, did issue us a refund for our last cleaning after this incident, which we appreciated, but over, our experience with this company was not great.

What business tells a potential customer they will be at their house for a free estimate and then never shows up? My wife and I made some adjustments in our day to ensure we would be at our house during the time this company said they would be here and they never showed up. Not only is this disrespectful to the time of my wife and I, it's just bad business. Perhaps the most important thing you can do in running a business is to do what you say you're going to do.

and the Soft Touch Cleaning Company obviously don't make this a practice of theirs. We'll find a company that respects our time and honors their commitments.

Initially the cleaning service started out well and felt like my house got a good cleaning every 2 wks. However, the cleaners stopped cleaning the oven unless asked. I started to find damage to the walls and the buffet in the dining room was damaged. . The only people who live in the house are two adults, no children. The last issue was coming home on 6/16 and finding a large gouge and scratch on another wall. I have ended my relationship with this company.

The cleaners did a wonderful job. They were friendly and worked diligently throughout the day to get the house cleaned. They house was spotless when they left. The owner/Manager only communicates via text, which I thought was odd. The cleaners were an hour late the first time. We actually scheduled a second cleaning, but I had to cancel because the cleaners were late again, and I had a very tight time frame that day as I was leaving town. If I was not leaving town, I would have continued with the second cleaning but asked for a discount. If you schedule something, just ensure you push on them to be prompt.

This got... complex.
I ordered the big deal in early 2013 for a pre-THANKSGIVING deep clean. I knew we needed it done and I had the cash and I'd used C&A before and liked them very much.
Come the day of the appointment and they didn't show. And I could not reach them by phone. No show, no call.
Eventually the company contacted me but it was too late to get anything done before the holiday and they seriously messed up my week.
After talking with the company, they offered a free cleaning to make up for their mistake. That cleaning went fine. In fact they did an very good job.
Fast forward to last week and they came to do the cleaning I'd paid for. The crew was 2 hours late. After the missed appointment, it was difficult to be charitable.

We, as you can tell, never received any notification. I then texted the office manager (their preferred form of communication) to confirm the price increase. I was informed, via text, (there's that impersonal text again) that she had mailed our letter and it must have been lost in the mail? Although I realize that is a possability, I felt that she acted like it was my fault that I was not aware of the price increase and I will admit that she did say that I could go ahead and pay the old rate, which was all that I was going to pay anyway. I however felt that, as a customer, I was not appreciated and decided to call the owner. To my chagrin, I found the owner to be in complete agreement with her office manager and she even suggested that I look for another service. As a former owner of a company for 16 years, I understand the concept and reason for price increses. I however feel it is the company's responsibility to make sure the customer is notified. I am especially offended that they would try to blame everybody else, myself included, (BUT THEMSELVES), for their lack of communication with their customer's. I do not appreciate this type of ownership and management and I felt compelled to advise furure customers of their impersonal management practices..

Fantastic, showed up promptly at scheduled time. 3 workers, got straight to work, cleaned everything - baseboards, ceiling fans, were on their hands and knees scrubbing the floors, even the track of the glass shower doors. House was amazing after they left and didn't have that chemical cleaner smell. I've used 3-4 different cleaning companies in the past and this was by far the best I've seen.
