Remodeling Reviews in Plain City

I have used
for work at a rental property I own and based on the high quality of work they performed for me there I also recently had
do some work at my own house.
is punctual for appointments and fair in his estimates. He showed up on time both when we met for the estimate and on the day he said the project would be started.
brought his father to help on this project.
and his dad looked at the outside of the house and through the basement before starting to plan their approach. Since they were drilling through the front they wanted to make the entry point perfect. They took their time and did a very good job making sure that the holes they were drilling were the correct size for the conduit to run into the house as well as taking time not to damage the stone work on the front. Once the electrical cable was run into the house, they stapled and drilled to pull the wire cleanly to the electrical panel. They then installed a GFI outlet and weatherproof cover on the box outside where I would be plugging in the electric. The finished job looks very professional which I appreciate. They also finished at the time they had estimated for the project to be done so I could make it back to the office in time for some afternoon meetings I had scheduled.

and his father were very friendly, very professional, and did a great job. I highly recommend using them and appreciate the great work they have done for me.

did a great job. He was friendly from the very start. The estimate was in line with others I had received in the past and his reputation on Angie's List sold me on his services. We had to order the laminate for the countertop which took about 4 weeks and
had to fabricate the counter as it was a non-standard size. We had to reschedule once due to a conflict he had with his team but he arrived promptly at the unit for the second time and had completed the work in less than a day. I was very happy with the service and the tenant is happy with the results. I would recommend
to anyone looking for a skilled adn courteous company.

showed up every day when he said he would be there and finished our job before starting his next job. He did all the work himself and cleaned up at the end of the day. I would recommend

to anyone looking to remodel there kitchen.

The job was quoted, revised and excepted within a week. We reviewed the requirements with subcontractors, work started reasonably quickly and within our schedule. They were very accommodating in that regard. While the floors were being installed we picked hardware and counter tops and the rest went without a hitch. Fairly straight forward.
I waited a while to write the review knowing that we were excited to get the work done and enjoy the refreshed rooms. I thought I would be able to write a more objective and helpful review once I started to see everything function. Still not disappointed. I think everything came out just the way we wanted and I still have no issues with anything they delivered.
Overall, Excellent to work with and we are very appreciative for finding

Overall everything went as requested and planned. The cabinets turned out better than we expected.

and his cabinet maker were able to make our cabinets the way we requested. Including a pantry unit built from a picture from the Internet.

His sub contractors were very professional in keeping the work area clean and accomodating to work around our schedules.

The quality of the workmanship and the details of the trim and wood work were excellent. They even came up with a clever way to keep an existing window which was not designed at the usual sink height.

We’re very pleased with the work that
Plain City Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
did in our home. We learned of him from a friend and on Angie’s List. He came out, answered our questions and provided a fair and reasonable estimate. Hekept us in the loop as he completed other jobs and set a date for completing our remodeling. He arrived when he said each day and cleaned up before he left.

replaced an old outside door including adding a new threshold, jam and trim, a gas water heater for an old – 28 years - electric
one, a split outside water faucet, some old can lights, an attic exhaust fan and installed several roof vents and insulated runs for bathroom exhaust fansand the gas water heater. He even replaced a leaking toilet flush valve seat he discovered and installed a CO detector. We have had lotsof remodeling done to this house in the past – kitchen, floors, exterior siding, roof, etc. but none of the contractors we’ve hired was as meticulous and thorough and reasonable as

We met with
Plain City Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
to review the project details, considered his suggestions and modified our project to incorporate many of them. After reviewing the final bid with
Plain City Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
he outlined what the expected timeline would be and we began selecting materials.

was terrific about letting us know what to expect and when it would happen.
We remodeled the half and guest baths first, and that part of the project was completed in about 3 weeks. The work included new marble floors, granite countertops, fixtures, sinks, toilets and lighting. Once we were fully functional in those bathrooms he started the master bath. We gave him our ideas for the new vanity and his cabinet maker did a beautiful job of transforming it to a reality. The master bath took about 7 weeks to complete; the room was gutted to the walls so everything including the glass block window was new. The master bath went from being a dated, somewhat crowded room to a beautiful and very functional bathroom.

's team was always careful to clean up each day, and keep the dust down to a minimum. The very few deficiencies that we found along the way were immediately addressed, to our satisfaction.
We were thrilled with the work, and it was a pleasure working with

and his team. We would definitely recommend him for any remodeling project.

We had been looking for someone to do general repairs and maintenance for some time, found these guys on Angie's List and decided to give them a try. The first job was to replace an existing kitchen sink and faucet with ones we had already purchased - very happy with the job they did so had them back to repair a leaking shower enclosure. They didn't get the leak the first time, so rescheduled another time, came back out, diagnosed and repaired the leak, and did not charge for the second visit. Talk about customer service - what a pleasant surprise!
