H the owner of the business came out to my house & personally did my estimate and answered all my questions and discussed all my concerns. He offered copies of his license & Insurance. He scheduled my roof job on Saturday & Sunday so I would not have to take time off of work. His crew arrived promptly each day and worked diligently and cleaned up throughout the day, they did not even take a lunch break, just time to rehydrate themselves. They had to remove 2 layers of roofing materials that were about 35 years old, it took extra elbow grease, but they were able to get it all off. The had to remove old vents and repair the holes, and then insert new venting along roofline. They made sure I inspected my roof and yard and made sure I had no questions before they left. The crew that worked on my roof have worked together for almost 15 years and were very respectful of my property and also my neighbors. They also made sure their yards were also clean before they left each day.
I got 6 estimates before I chose this contractor. My decision was made not only on the price, but some the of the other companies treated me like a stupid woman that I wouldn't question the price or materials they quoted. One company came and didn't even walk around my house or attempt to measure it. He wrote the estimate up in 10 minutes for $6300 the highest one I got. When I questioned the venting he quoted for my roof, his response was that I shouldn't worry about it, he new what he was doing.
I can't say enough about doing your homework before signing a contract on any repair work.
I have referred this contractor to my family, friends, neighbors and co-workers.

"The finished product was and is terrible. I have also been informed that their contract has a CSPA, Consumer Sales Practices Act, violation. This will be reported to NARI, BBB and the FTC. The decking issue they said needed to be corrected, which i was not shown proof of, was/is not corrected. The new shingles were and still are badly damaged. My repeated attempts to get them to correct these issues, have fallen in vain. After an initial replacement of some of the worst damaged shingles, the are refusing to remedy all my concerns. The ventilation they recommended is not the preferred manufacturers ventilation recommendation and it appears they did not inform me that i might be lacking in enough air intake/soffit venting. My gutters were unfastened and not reinstalled correctly. They now hold water all year, increasing the likelihood for a mosquito breeding ground. I still have many many damaged shingles, there is a section of decking that is not nailed down, there is a hip area that is starting to fail, some shingles are popping up, there was no drip

installed so i now have water coming behind my gutters. So i am not happy with what was done and the lack of customer concern on their part. Also, i did have an opportunity to talk to some workers, who were here, and I found out that some of them were on disability while working on my house.

"I bought this deal on April 15, 2013. I immediately got an email saying that they'd be out the following week to clean my gutters. After a couple of weeks went by and they hadn't been to my house, I started calling them. On one of their phones that they never answered, it said that it was full and could not accept anymore messages. I was able to leave a message on their other line but they never returned my messages. I went on Angie's list to see if anyone else was complaining, and sure enough there were other complaints of them not doing the service and not responding to messages. After a couple of months they finally showed up to clean my gutters. Several weeks later, during a heavy rain, I discovered that the rain was not going down the downspouts but overflowing. I called to tell them what was happening. The fellow I talked to seemed very nice and said that he'd be out the following day. After two days when he hadn't showed up, I called again. He stated that there was no problem, he was just waiting for the owner to approve the visit. The owner called me, yelling at me, and I felt he was accusing me of lying. I explained that the rain was NOT leaking through seams or where it was attached to my house, but it was coming over the outside
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
and NOT going down the downspouts. He swore, yelled that he'd be there in 15 minutes then hung up on me. I was home by myself and afraid of what he was going to do once he got to my house. I felt as though with his anger, he might do something to my gutters. So, I asked my neighbor to handle it for me. When he arrived, my neighbor argued with him because what he was saying did not make any sense, and was not true. He came to my door and said that he WOULD NOT deal with my neighbor. When I explained to him, that I was afraid of him because of the angry phone call I received, he said that it was not him that I had talked to. He went on to say that the owner was not angry with me, but with him. Sure didn't seem that way to me! He removed some screens from the downspouts saying that they were what was blocking the water from going down the spouts. They've been there for years and I've never had this problem before. He removed a lot of old black decayed stuff out of the gutters, then took the hose up there to spray water, so I could see that the water was running down the downspouts and not overflowing. Problem solved. The owner did call back to explain that he was angry with his worker and not me, and offered me a future free cleaning. No thank you! I'm a 53 year old disabled woman, and I have never been yelled at like that in my life! If he treats his customers (or his employees) like that he won't be in business for long! Definitely not a good experience.

"In October of 2012, a big storm hit and our house had damage to the roof (shingles and leaking near chimney) and siding torn off of one side of the house and awnings blown off another. A representative from the company asked if we needed a tarp placed over the damaged area and so later that day
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
came and put a tarp up on the damaged area. I checked them out on Angie's list and their reviews were great. I knew someone that worked for the company, so that was a plus as well. Our insurance company came and assessed the damage and gave us their assessment and told us what they would cover.
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
worked along with us and the insurance company and we agreed to use
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
to have our entire house resided in Vinyl (instead of the previously held aluminum) and to fix the flashing and roof shingles. By the time the insurance company finished their process and the back and forth between them and Perfect was completed, we were in mid-late December.
We picked our siding color and decided to pay a little more to have our awnings, gutters and downspouts painted as well. We also decided to have an old bathroom window replaced and a door in a bedroom converted to a window.
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
stated I would not need to pay for the additional work until complete. We were understandably told the windows and siding should be done at the same time and that this work would begin in mid-January. After emailing a few times, the project manager said the siding folks were going to be on another job until late January. I was contacted by
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
to give them the insurance payment throught the month, and so we met at the bank and they cashed the payment in January. The same day, the worker from
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
who cashed the check wanted to come and measure the one window being replaced as well as take some measurements for the door-window conversion. That was done and while talking to the gentleman, I told him I was thinking of adding a vent to the bathroom and he stated that
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
could do that as well. I received an estimate soon thereafter, and we agreed to have that done as well. He showed me where the switch would go (near the current light switch) and although it was not on the same switch panel, I thought it was still okay since it was so near.
So, at the end of 01/2013, everything was set to begin 02/04/13. Most of the siding was done that week. Because of the type/size of the windows ordered, they would not be able to complete that portion until the end of 02/2013. The awnings were picked up and were were told they would be painted and put back up once the weather cleared up. Windows were installed an dthe installer was sloppy. He left three spots of caulking on our floor(s) which I had to clean up. Foir one side of a window boarder, he cut two seperate pieces and put them together instead of going and buying a new piece to use. It is a lazy and low-quality way out. Also, he left the drywall unsanded! Real professional.
Towards the end of that month, our project manager was also changed for uncontrollable reasons, which was very understandable. Problem there was that I had not been informed until weeks later when the old project manager let me know it was changed to
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
Perfect himself.
I emailed him a few times without response. Things just went downhill from there. The porch light was installed crooked, the siding had a few issues (even after a check was done on it by Mr.
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
apparently), nails, and I mean VERY large nails, debris and siding scrap were all over my yard and even on a neighbor's yard from the siding job. So, it was now mid 03/13 and I emailed asking for someone to clean up the nails etc... as I have a toddler who likes playing outside without risk of death or injury. Nobody ever came to clean up, so after a week or so of trying to contact someone, I nneeded to clean up the sidiers mess so my kid could play outside. I had to do a 2nd cleanup weeks later and to this day, I still am finding a nail here and there. Never even received an apology from Mr.
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
, let alone someone to clean it up.
On we went... An electrition was sent out at the end of 03/13
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
install a vent in the bathroom. He arrived, and drilled a hole to install the switch. Unfortunately, he stated it could not be installed there due to some obsticale with the electrical wiring. He recommended another wall, and although we were not excited about a switch in the location he recommended, we said okay. He drilled three holes on that wall, and said it could not be done there either! He recommended another wall. We said no thanks. He left, and left us with four holes in the walls, and no one ever filled them in.
Over a week into 04/13, the company never contacted me about the remaining work, so I emailed my list of work yet to be done (gutters/downspouts/porch light/roof), begging for response, as I wanted to get this done with. The owner replied and gave me dates within the next week for completion. The siding guy (same as window guy) damaged all the gutters, so new ones needed to be ordered. They were installed mid 04/13. We decided not to paint the gutters or downspouts, since they looked good, but had some other areas needing painting.
Into 05/13...The painter cancelled on us three times within a week and no contacts were coming from
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
(again). Further, in addition to painting, the roof (from October damage) was still not done, awnings needed to be installed (we were told on at least 4 occasions they would be done and were not), and some other minor issues still needed correction.
06/21/13...Awnings were finally put on the house. Unfortunately, they were in the wrong spots! When I contacted the owner, he accused my wife of being the one directing the contractors were to put them. Again, the unprofessionalism was shining through and of course, my wife never went out there with our child to direct them on the awnings. (side note: I would think they would have measured and labeled them to avoid this issue, no??). On top of that, the facia on one side was hanging off the house and some siding touch-ups were still needed.
A few days later my insurance company called and inquired about a new claim for $1500.00 for awnings. They previously approved some funds for that which had already been paid to
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
, so not sure why they submitted another claim.
A couple dates were promised and missed for the remaninig issues. This went into Mid-
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
. Finally, in
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
, evenrything was done, pretty much 7-8 months after we started.
Their office called while the guys were finishing the remaining items asking if someone could hand the guys payment outside before they leave. No one was home, so I told them I would mail it in. I wanted to look it over anyway since I knew it would be pulling teeth to get anything done again, before mailing it.
When I got home I found my flower-bed boarder run over and smashed into the ground and a wedding gift ran over and cracked. Of course, no one apologized, of even acknowledged this. Even after letting them know, not even a "hey, sorry about that..." Maybe 6-7 days went by and their rep called and emailed in
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
of payment. What a cherry on top of the service.

"Ideal provided the lowest price of the three quotes I received. They tore off 2 existing layers of roofing, replaced some damaged wood and put on a new roof. There was quite a mess but when they left, the area was immaculate! They refused to charge me for cleaning the gutters because there were no leaves or debris in them. I found them to be honest, hard working, polite and professional. They pointed out a deterioration of the flashing around the chimney, explained the damage it could do and gave me a quote before they left. Yes, I would hire them again---infact, they will be back in a few weeks to replace the flashing!

"They did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations. They did extras like paint the soil stack. They also took off my satellite dish in order to tear off and replace the roof. Then they reattached the satellite dish without any issues They cleaned up as they went along and then did an extra good job of cleaning up when they finished. They where great to work with.

"Crew arrived early and started working right away. Finished my roof in one day. Considering how hot the day was, they only took a lunch break. Love my new roof, and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

was on time for the estimate and extremely knowledgable and helpful. He even helped us pick out the right shingle color. He called us the week before the install and explained that the material would be delivered the following Monday morning. He said his crew would be out that same morning for the install. Everything went like clockwork. The roof was completed by early evening. The following day the gutters and downspouts were installed. We could not be happier with the price, worksmanship and clean-up. I would highly recommend

to anyone looking for a roof and/or gutter replacement.

"Really no reason to get wordy here, how about I just say in every area, EXCELLENT. I did a lot of research on roofers via Angies List and other souces on the web. From the first meeting getting the estimate, awarding the bid, signing the contract, product selection, setting up the date, defining the expectations, completion of job, can't really find anything that went wrong. Oh, there were those minor things, why mention them, when I called
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
the owner, those issues were addressed FAST, in fact, so fast that I thought me and the forman agreed on the next day but
Parma Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
had them right back out there taking care of it. Somebody that works for me also used

, feedback from him was the same...
