Went well, crew was respectful, cleaned up completely and then the follow on crew who came out to service did a cleaning job in the basement and reviewed the premises to ensure no mold spores had sprung up.

I had a very pleasant experience working with
's crack injection team. The person (
) who actually did the work was also the person who came out for my estimate. He did not try to upsell me on all sorts of other products also offered by
(sump pumps/drainage systems/large scale foundation repair/wall stabilization), unlike some other companies.
He was very punctual for my estimate and the actual work appointment. The time estimate given by the scheduler was very close to the actual time worked, which was about 4 hours. The cost was exactly what the estimate quote was for.
was very willing to pick and choose what to do, since one of my problem areas would require demolishing an entire basement bathroom shower.
's estimate was as good or better than the crack injection prices I got from two other companies.
The workmanship looks solid, although only time and water will tell. Unlike an older injection done by the previous owner of the home,
used some sort of putty to close up the surface of the crack to ensure that the polyurethane went the right way (into the crack). This seems like a good idea, although warning to future customers, it smells terrible for a few hours.
and his coworker did a good job cleaning up after the work, and were careful to avoid letting my cats out when entering and leaving my house.

Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
, the owner, sent one of his business partners (
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
) to do a free inspection and estimate on our basement.
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. After inspecting the basement he recommended a dual pressure relief system because of the large number of cracks that were appearing on the walls and on the basement floor. Our water table here is higher than a lot of other places, and so our foundation was under a good amount of water pressure all around it.
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
sent me an estimate, which was deducted by 20% because of a deal that
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
was offering. He further deducted another 10% because we were military. The job was slated for just over 10,000 dollars but ended up being only 7,800. On the day of the project
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
was sent out with his team of 5-6 men (
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
was the team leader). They explained everything that they were going to do and made sure that we were ready for it. They put a plastic
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
up between the basement door and the garage door in order to prevent any dust or particles from getting into the kitchen and dining room. The project took a total of two days.
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
kept me informed as to how things were going the entire time. He even confirmed where I wanted to sump pump drainage pipe to be placed and whether or not I was happy with where it was draining to.
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his team made sure that my yard was undamaged by the concrete that they were removing. They also vacuumed and cleaned everything before leaving. They were all extremely professional and they did an excellent job. After the project was complete,
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
showed me everything and explained everything to me. He even left me with some Tyvec tape in case I needed to repair any cut or holes that develop in the vapor

. In the end I was very pleased with the work and would gladly use
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
to help finish my basement in the future.

Excellent work and workmanship! The estimator,
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
, told us exactly what they would do and how they would do it. He did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. In fact he advised us we didn't need the whole basement done, just the one side. I had used them previously at my mother's house, which another contractor had supposedly waterproofed, and that house has not had a drop of water in years. I recommend them anytime.

Accurate completed all work as contracted. The work crews were professional and took careful consideration of our property. Accurate provided sub-contractors for the carpentry and plumbing. We were very pleased with the work and would highly recommend this contractor to others. We did have our own specialist inspect our basement and provide us with a recommendation on what needed to be done. We would recommend this process to others; it allows you to understand what you want done before you call the contractors. The Accurate salesman then met with us. He was thorough and explained things very well. We felt confident that there would not be surprises and there weren't. We called in four different contractors and really liked three of them. We chose Accurate because they had a competitive price, were thorough and we had good recommendations for them from people we know who had used them. We had one change in date for the work, but that was not unexpected since weather was an issue this summer. They predicted that the work would take 2-3 days and it took 3, mostly due to the scheduling for the inspector. The workers kept heavy equipment off our driveway and they were careful to clean up afterward. Considering that the floor and ceiling had to be torn up in the basement, the end result looks good. Accurate's office is a little sluggish on calling back as we waited for the scheduling and the work to be done. In the end, we made most of the calls to find out where things stood. But all in all that was minor

came to see my basement and to give me an estimate. When I decided to hire him, he scheduled the job several days later.
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
and three workers started work at 9:30 with a

hammer to make the hole for the sump pump and basin. They were all courteous and made sure the cleanup was thorough. The completed job looked very professional.
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
called in the evening to ask me whether I had looked at the final installation and what did I think. Great job!

Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
arrived promptly for our appointment. We recently had to open up a basement wall due to a pipe leak, and there were some cracks in the cinder block mortar which the mold remediators suggested we have examined. Another company looked at the wall and immediately told me that I needed waterproofing and a sump pump ($$$$).
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
was completely honest and explained various options but that he did not think that we needed to address the cracks. He really took the time to explain why he had the opinion that he did, but at the same time, he did not spend an excessive amount of time in our home. His honesty was refreshing and so very appreciated.
I hope to never need to use this company, but I will definitely call them in the future if I need to. I know they would give me an honest assessment.

I initially contacted Mr.
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
after a patio contractor refused to honor his warranty, claiming we had a hydrostatic pressure issue under our home's foundation. Mr.
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
was immediately skeptical of the claim after asking me some questions about our home's construction, spending nearly an hour on the phone with me. While realizing I did not present an opportunity for any type of revenue generating project, he still chose to visit and inspect our site. This involved over an hour drive each way. Every other basement drainage contractor I contacted agreed that the hydrostatic pressure claim was very suspect, but no other contractor was willing to do what Mr.
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
did - inspect the site firsthand and then provide a written statement that our home had no hydrostatic pressure issue. As a certified court witness, he was prepared to stand behind his statement if needed. I repeatedly offered to compensate him for his time spent, and he refused, not even accepting reimbursement for fuel costs.
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
's efforts proved invaluable for us. When presented with Mr.
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
's statement, the patio contractor agreed to tear out and properly re-install the large paver patio that had cost us tens of thousands of dollars. The re-installation was successfully completed, and the issues with the patio were resolved without any work to our basement or foundation.
While we did not employ
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
for any paid services, I believe this serves as a strong testament to Mr.
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
's honesty and integrity. I wish all contractors operated with this level of professionalism and integrity.

I thought I needed my 100 year old basement waterproofed.
Oregon Waterproofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
came out and told me that I didn't need any work done. He said it was in good shape and suggested things I can do to improve the appearance of my stone walls and things I should do outside to ensure that I don't have water issues in the future. He was extremely nice, and I appreciate him not doing work that didn't need done just to make $$. I will definitely keep his business card in case I need something in the future!!
