Business Description: We are a Property Maintenance, Home Improvement and Remodeling company that performs work for both home owners and landlords/managers of investment property throughout northeast Ohio. Our services include (but are not limited to):
Replacement doors and windows,
Flooring,
Painting,
Drywall,
Landscaping,
Hot Water Tanks (gas and electric),
Bathroom and Kitchen Modernization,
installation of window treatments,
Decks and Patios.
Our company is owned and operated by Susan and Raymond Bergman. We are incorporated in Ohio, and insured to work in Cuyahoga, Lorain, Medina, Summit, Wayne and Ashland counties. Generally speaking, all work is performed by the companies employees, although we will use "specialists" for some custom features should they be desired by the client. For example, we recently completed a thourough remodeling of the lower level of a split-level home in Olmsted Falls. The client wanted the shower expanded, and, elected to go with cultured marble as opposed to ceramic tile. We used a sub-contractor who specializes in this application to deliver a high quality solution for the customer.
