Business Description: Guardian Inspections was established by Brian and Christie Kirchmer in April, 2002. Prior to forming their own company, Brian had more than 20 years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, and renovation. He also built more than a hundred homes during that time period. In 1998, Brian became a home inspector, working for another firm for four years. During that time, he gained an enormous amount of experience while undergoing extensive education as an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) certified member, and as a member of the Exterior Design Institute. In addition to performing thousands of home inspections over the last 12 years, Brian has also established himself as the most sought after EIFS Inspector in the Cincinnati area. He keeps current on industry changes and new building technology and products. Moisture Warranty Corporation also relies on him to conduct their EIFS inspections before they will issue a MoistureFree Warranty. Today Guardian Inspections is a full-service inspection company. If you are in need of an inspection, just one call to the office will take care of everything. They strive to have everything you need by the evening of your inspection. If you are working closely with your realtor, Brian and Christie will be happy to copy them on all reports and consult with them on any other items they need.
