We are located in central Ohio and specialize in light commercial construction, maintenance and tenant improvements. We regularly act as a general contractor for small commercial projects including but not limited to office build out, remodeling, light construction and demolition. We also offer a wide variety of building maintenance services such as drywall repair, painting and contract cleaning services. Our ideal customer would own or be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of office or warehousing space with tenants, manufacturing plants, private communities etc. where construction services may also be needed. The work of ACS Contracting includes the latest in building technology and utilizes only the best products available to the industry.
