A little difficult to schedule him as they were very busy. He took measurements, discussed materials and listened to what we said we wanted, in particular a larger shower to include a seat using space from the existing shower and removal of a soaking tub style bathtub. The design he produced did not include a shower seat (he said there wasn't enough room for it)...but did have some other "bells and whistles" that weren't particularly important to us. He did quote us with an option of picking and choosing the parts we wanted to do. Even so, the cost would have been considerably more than we had expected for the items we were most interested in, they wouldn't have been able to start the job for about 4-6 months, and we couldn't get the built-in shower seat so we chose not to contract with this company.
He seemed to have a set way he planned to work with customers, e.g. requiring a second visit to go over the quote. When we asked him to send us the drawings and quote first so we could determine whether this was something we even wanted to discuss further, he seemed reluctant to do so but did e-mail it when I insisted.

The installation team was punctual, polite and cleaned up the job site each day. There were only minimal disruptions to our routines during the install. All in all, we could not be happier.

Did a very professional job. Bathroom looks great! Pat picked up materials we ordered online. Very impressed that I came home everyday and there was not a mess anywhere during construction. Highly recommend!

The estimate was turned around quickly and very competitive with other remodeling companies. The company seemed trustworthy and thorough and

's models were definitely the best we've seen. We would definitely consider using

and Craftsman in the future based solely on one interaction.

He was timely, neat, and did an excellent job of installing a very complicated pattern of glass tile of walls. He met deadline, and met quote.

It went very well. We are in the process of considering them for the actual remodel work as the result of their efforts with the Angie's List deal.

Spent about an hour at the house. Never gave us clear direction on thought process, options, etc. Told us would send us a quote via email within the week. It's been 2 weeks and we've received no quote/estimate. I've contacted through Angie's List email twice since 5/1/2014 and have received NO response. don't even waste your time bringing these guys out for a quote/estimation.

On another trip to install a disposal, he diagnosed that the existing problem was electrical. he was able to fix that and we avoided the cost of a replacement disposal.

First I will say that the end result is very nice. They did a great job. But the process was entirely too frustrating for me to use their services again. I had my first meeting with

in October of 2012. I admittedlly take my time for a project of this magnitude to evaluate options and make sure I am doing the right thing. So I took about 7 months to work with them on the design, discussed different options for materials and settled on a plan. I signed the contract in May 2013. It took nearly a year after that to get the project completed, experiencing many delays. The problems were always blamed on their suppliers and

seemed to feel they did not have accountability for the fact that the suppliers they had chosen could or would not deliver. This started with the cabinet doors. I was shown literally dozens of options before signing the contract, but when it came time to finalize choices it came down to my having literally one option. This was because one of their suppliers stopped making wood doors. So they had to find another supplier to give me more options. That was a couple months wait. Then the granite vendor that they sent me to 'lost' the remnant piece of granite I had picked out. I believe they sold it to someone else because it was taking so long to get back to them. So more weeks of delay while I tried to find another suitable piece of granite. Once the project was started I was told it should take 4-6 weeks to complete. It took close to 9 weeks because the metal brackets for glass shelves were back-ordered for several weeks. You would think something this basic would be pretty

to source. I ended up having to pick different brackets in order to move the project forward. The final straw was that there was a small amount of cleanup left undone. The tile grout was not completely cleaned off. I went ahead and paid the balance due with the workman telling me he would come out and finish this last cleanup. After several attempts to get him to come back out he told me he wouldn't be completing this because he no longer worked for

When I complained about the delays and expressed how frustrated I was, the response was that it wasn't really their fault that their suppliers had issues. Then they did relent and gave me a discount on tile, installation of tile and the extra that had to be paid to get another piece of granite which all added up to about 10% of the total cost. But even with that I wouldn't be able to use them again or recommend them.

I had a stair well banister that had come apart. I asked for that to be repaired. The repair looks awful up close, and the worst part is one of the rungs in the banister was put back upside down. The gentleman that came arrived late, did not have to tools he needed and had to make a trip to Lowes to pick up a tool. I would certainly not use them again.
