"Poorly. About one month (40 days) after I purchased a 2011 CX9 the finish on the left side of the steering wheel rapidly failed and deteriorated off. The service manager advised" me that I probably had some lotion on my hand, I'm a guy and don't use lotion, and I have another car with 190,000 miles on it with a perfect finish on the steering wheel. The quality of the grip on this
is either horrific or on this particularly one defective. It appears that the seller may have doctored up the finish and it held up until the outside temperature went up (mid September it got fairly hot) and some usage caused it to fail all at once. I was also compelled to purchase a relatively expensive extended warranty which does not cover "trim" The dealer sold it as "comprehensive" of course, and neither the dealer or the warranty company would cover the messed up steering wheel. Overall,
, in my opinion, provides a very
car purchase experience. Very poor, very annoying, they slipped a $100 car wash into the cost of my vehicle, they slipped the window etching, etc. All the stuff you can fight to get out of the deal, but I really don't want to purchase a car and fight. They are people that will sell you anything and then provide no real commitment to stand behind what they sold. To compare, I also leased a Toyota Scion this August from a place near my work in Northern NJ and the entire experience was exceptional, so don't think all car dealers are the same. These guys at
are the stereotypical bad experience, go somewhere else. I recommend you DO NOT purchase a vehicle from

"Went down to
and asked Ruby what the heck is going on. She said well you're behind on payments. I said how all the sudden did you come to this conclusion" with no warning. Plus the Tahoe was almost paid off. She said that basically she can't help me out. I begged her because I paid a lot of payments and it soon would be paid off. Her whole demeanor changed, a side I've never seen in 2 years. All she could do is shrug her shoulders and say you wanna buy another vehicle. Little did I know rumor and proof have it she's known for letting you get a little behind with intentions of being the one that will work with you, then wait until you almost have it payed off then repo it and resell it. I never thought anything about it but she offers that if your having a problem she'll fix it. Now I know why so it's still in tip top shape when she goes to resell it. Just did a reviews find and not one good review. Not one

"The best car purchase (and finance) experience I've ever had. Great inventory of vehicles, no pressure sales process. Very quick and efficient process without the typical car" dealer games. Just quick, professional and a great value. I will definitely return to
as my first choice when I'm looking to purchase my next vehicle.

Sounds like your biggest problem will be narrowing your list to a limited number of models, and deciding what brand names you are willing to consider to narrow the field.

You can search for websites blogging complaints for each model you are considering to see how they rate with users, and you can also go to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration website at     www.nhtsa.gov     to see how many recalls there have been on a specific model and year.

Most dealers these days have websites with their listed prices for new and used cars that you can browse to get an idea of available listed prices.

I would also recommend that you check out the used car values (free) for models you might be interested in on    www.edmunds.com    and on Kelley Blue Book  -  www.kbb.com

Those 2 sources will give you a lot of negotiating power, because they list what the dealer pays the manufacturer on new cars, shows what people have been paying for each vehicle model and model year, and shows used valuations also. There are undoubtedly other such sources also - these are just the ones I have used and seem to be the best known.

I had never done business before with the company, but they were very helpful. They got a service consultant to assist and i dropped it off for service that afternoon. They were completed with the work the next day and i picked it up. Everything went great.
The only thing that was a little strange is getting parking in the lot. They explained that they were in the middle of transition and that was the reason for the craziness.
Other than that service was great. It has been about a month and the car drives great again. :) I will go back to them again.

I explained we lived an hour away, so I wanted my credit ran and all the details worked out before we came.

called and explained it was detailed and gased up ready for me to test drive. We drove the hour there and they COULD NOT FIND THE VEHICLE. We were there almost 45 mins before we just left without a word. 30 mins later she texts my husband and says they found it please come back. Uh, NO!! They were so very unprofessional.

They did a very good job and I was happy. Their professionalism was very good. Their price was cheaper than down here. The whole experience was good. I would definitely use them again. It wasn't my first time using them. I've used them years back.

I was calling around for a very specific vehicle and color. I was getting a long run around from all the dealerships. Woodland was the only one that said once they found the car they would call me. They sent me pictures and videos of the car as well as the exact price they would charge me so I didn’t have to waste my time coming down if it wasn’t what I wanted. I went in and everything was as it said it was and I only had to spend 30 minutes on the lot. It was a fantastic experience and everyone was so nice to deal with. I would recommend them!

They said I needed $5000 worth of work. I talked to a service manager who reduced it down to $3000 with leaking hydrolic lines. Well, I hadn’t seen any fluid in the driveway so I left. I found another mechanic who found that nothing needed to be done. I felt like the sales department always got me a good deal. The service department

up business to make quotas. I will never purchase a car or use their service department ever again.

They want you to call ahead and make an appointment, which I did. I told them I needed brakes, and they looked it up on their computer, and they saw what I needed because of what they had told me before. They knew I was coming, because I had made an appointment 3 days in advance, so that they could have the car done that day. The service manager did not order the part, so they weren't there on the day that I brought the car in. They weren't able to do the car on the day that I wanted, they weren't able to give me a price on what was done, and when they finally did finish the car, they left the car for me in their parking lot, but forgot to leave the keys, so I had no way to get back home. It was a disaster from beginning to end. They are pretty expensive.
