Since 2008, Ecohouse has installed numerous Solar Energy systems and completed thousands of energy audits, and has helped many families and small businesses reduce their utility expenses and be more comfortable. We are committed to learning and implementing the best available building science. Kevin Eigel, the owner of Ecohouse, designed and built a passive solar, super-insulated house in 2002. This motivates me to help you reduce your home energy use as much as possible." Kevin has in-depth experience with Solar Energy installations, home energy auditing and energy performance contracting. He is certified for NAPCEP PV Technical Sales, and byBPI (Building Performance Institute) and RESNET (Residential Energy Service Network) for Energy Auditing and Energy Ratring. He has worked with the federal Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP) and utility energy conservation programs (Columbia Gas and AEP). Kevin is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, and is active locally in Simply Living, Green Energy Ohio and the Columbus Green Building Forum.
