We went ahead and placed the order. They came back out to the house to confirm the measurements and collect a 1/3 down deposit. The windows took around 6 weeks to come in, and due to being heavily booked they were able to make it out around the 8th or 9th week. This didn't upset me too much, if anything, to me its a good sign when a company has so much business that they make take a little bit longer to schedule you... this is usually an indication that they do quality work.
Their crew was about 30 minutes late coming out the morning that we scheduled the install. This ended up being okay because I had agreed to take down the siding and blinds around the windows before they got there, and I was running a little behind myself. I'd also agreed to put back up the siding after they were finished, because I was going to need to re-cut the J-channeling around the windows. I'm always interested in learning more about DYI stuff and they were happy to entertain me and give me the step-by-step on what they were doing when I asked questions. To remove and install 5 windows it ended up taking about 4-5 hours. We were very happy with the end result of their work. They gave us instructions on how long to wait to use the windows, and instructioned us to give them a call if we felt any air leaks after a couple of days. We did notice a small pin-hole leak on one window, but I've been to busy to call them to come check it out. They left a tube of caulk with me (mainly for the J-channeling) so I may just fix it myself. We would definately work with
