Business Description: CAI provides residential home inspections by registered Professional Engineers in the State of Ohio. In addition, we are Certified Professional Inspectors with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). We utilize advanced equipment including a thermal imaging camera and moisture meter to detect areas of the home where hot/cold air or moisture can penetrate from the outside. All of these services are included in the cost for our standard inspection. Our detailed inspection reports are type-written with photos included. We are also certified in radon, lead, asbestos, pest/termite inspection and mold testing.
