Cost of the job was on the high end of the estimates I had received but fair. Little extras padding the cost others didn't account for.
The work I had etimated to take 1 week stretched into two with only a couple surprises, a leaking roof had to be fixed and ordering new flooring from an outdated catalog added 2 or three days. I should mention they didn't work on Saturdays.
The quality of the work was excellant and I'm a happy customer Cleanup was done well. I wouldn't hesitate to use
Well the roof was stripped and replaced within hours, and you know I never found any nails out in the yard, amazing! Very efficient and very well done.
The bathroom walls were stripped down and then new drywall and tile went up. Ric was very helpful with the surround tub tile and I was glad I took his advice as the surround tub looks amazing. (We couldn't do the shower and not match the tub right?) The tile floor was put down last and looks great. Ric was very accommodating and clean, and at least one bathroom was always available to use.

We live in a 1910 four-square home that had an old, 1970s kitchen that was in desperate need of renovation. The walls are plaster, the plumbing is old and the outlets were only partially working.
