"First off, we were impressed with
Delaware HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
's punctuality on days for the estimate as well as the install. Too frequently have we interacted with small businesses that close early, show up late, and put the customer on the back burner.
Delaware HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
is not one of those companies.
It was refreshing to be working with the companies namesake, and not an employee ten tiers down the corporate ladder.
It was refreshing to experience such genuine niceness in a salesman/installer. We were pregnant and a week away from delivery when our furnace died.
Delaware HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
knew that a new furnace was not our ideal baby week surprise, and he worked valiantly to repair our existing furnace. In the end, we decided the measures he was taking wouldn't be long term (on our 16yr old furnace), so we opted to get a new one installed. The turnaround time was fast. I want to say in 2-3 days from us signing the papers,
Delaware HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
was ready to install.
The install itself... it looks beautiful. Possibly irrelevant to a lot of people, maybe important to a few, but the wiring, the routing of the runoff drains, it is all done with a level of quality i would hold myself to when fixing my home. A lot of contractors don't hold themselves to that standard (darn you bathroom remodel with one non-level tile!).
6 months after that, our water heater met its end and began pushing rust colored water throughout the house.
Delaware HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
once again was quick, efficient, and cost effective. We ended up moving our water heater slightly to accommodate a future basement remodel.
I'm now
Delaware HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
up for the basement remodel, finally joined Angie's List, and 1.5 years after my furnace install i still feel compelled to write this review. And i still appreciate greatly the cleanliness of both installs.
This is a fantastic company.

"I had selected
Delaware HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
based on previous Angie list awards and A rating. I think they did a good job installing the unit. It was a two person team-
Delaware HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
the main technician and one support assistant. They were on time, cleaned up after the work and were quick. They completed the install in 45 minutes or so and answered some questions I had to my satisfaction. I will update the review after the end of the first year based on any service/warranty issues that may or may not surface. Seems like a good company.
Does the humidifier help? I think so, but it could vary from person to person- So far I have not had nose bleeding or dry eyes during the first half of this winter. I think the added humidity is definitely helping.

"We woke up on a very cold morning to our furnace not working. After calling several companies and getting on lists for them to "maybe" come out that day, we heard from Care that they could come out that afternoon. The tech called ahead as the operator had explained earlier and arrived promptly as promised. He got right to work checking for the most common issues and after checking outside found that the air inlet was clogged.
A seemingly easy fix but we were very grateful at the quick response on such a cold day when many other people were having issues with their furnaces. The tech was very professional and explained what he was doing. Although we didn't opt for their service plan, it was fully explained as well as the charges for the visit. Overall we were very pleased and would not hesitate to call them back if needed.

"I had three different contractors provide me with quotes (

, Trane and

dealers). We chose Care (
Delaware HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
) based on the professionalism of the salesperson and knowledge of the product. The salesperson did not over or undersell sell the furnace and provided me with multiple options based on my finances. The company was able to work with my schedule and install the unit by the following week (all within one day).

"I came home on New Years Eve to find that my furnace wasn't working. I called three companies that advertised 24/7 emergency service.
Delaware HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
Heating and Air was the only company that responded; a technician (
Delaware HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
) called me back about 10 minutes after I spoke with the dispatcher.
Delaware HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
listened to my description of the problem and give me a few things to try that he thought might remedy the problem without a service call. When those things didn't work, I called back and he prompty came to check the furnace out in person. He was friendly, professional and was able to fix the problem in about 15 minutes. The service call was $84, which I felt was extremely reasonable given that it was New Years Eve after hours, and the total including labor was $114. I would definitely use this company again.

"xed. This was a big job with a lot of moving parts since the kitchen was being done and bathrooms and comfort express had to work into their plans, From the initial contact to completion was probably 8 months since removing the heat can only be done when it was warm outside. Comfort Express exceeded all expectations by delivering outstanding customer service, They replaced boiler and registers while working with the other service providers, Once installed we fired it up this winter and it's working well. Some loud banging and drips I noticed and they came out promptly and fixed.
Delaware HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
Roof even sent me out an email months after job competition to see if everything was OK. Still some loud knocking that needs to be addressed in the back bedroom but I would give comfort express my highest rating. Forget able for the roof just call my guy
Delaware HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
Roof! DId give a B on price inly because I only received the quote from comfort express and after all the extra work they had already done I knew they were right for the job.

did an excellent job with my furnace tune-up. Purchased $59 service through promotion on Angie's List. Service is normally $139. The customer service agent was very professional and helpful in scheduling my appointment. The technician arrived within the time frame I was given. He arrived and immediately covered his boots/shoes with "baggies" so as not to bring dirt into the house. The service was performed timely and the technician was very helpful in answering my questions as he went through the inspection. I would highly recommend them.

"Earlier this summer I had a problem with my circuit board in my HVAC unit. I called
Delaware HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
and they came out diagnosed, and replaced the circuit board. (Note at that time they only replaced the circuit board). When I tried to turn on my heat this Winter, the flame would not stay on. It would just cycle on and off again. So I called
Delaware HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
. They came out and diagnosed the problem as a bad flame sensor (which seemed reasonable). They charged me 85.00 for the initial visit. They came out to put in the flame sensor later that day, and it did not resolve the issue. They then said it must be a bad control board. This was on Thursday. They could not come back out with a control board until Tuesday. The control board was under warranty, however, now they were saying that they needed to install a flame sensor with the control board per manufactures instructions. That would cost an additional 169.00. Since they did not install a flame sensor before when they replaced the board, I have to believe they either messed up the last time, or they were lying this time. I obviously needed heat, so I paid the money, but I am not happy about the slow service, the sloppy diagnoses, and the apparent lack of integrity in their business.
They blame their distributer for not mentioning the flame sensor needed to be replaced originally, but they left the instruction manual for the control board, and it does not say a flame sensor has to be installed. Also, I would think a technician would be aware a flame sensor is needed if that is the case.
I will not use this company again.

"Outstanding customer service!! This company went above and beyond what was requested. The staff was professional and by far the best company we worked with during our home renovation project. We had service personnel to our house three times for different projects over a two-month period, and all three appointments went very well. I highly recommend this company!
