Dayton Obstetricians Reviews

"She is fantastic. I have been seeing her for about 10-15 years. We are the same age so we relate. She is very personable. When I have needed to see her for something right away I can get right in. She is just really good at what she does and she seems to really like what she does. I will continue to see her."

"He is very caring and he’s extremely good with older ladies. He doesn’t deliver babies anymore. I told him that I have moles on my back and I can’t see them. He didn’t brush me off; he checked me out. He told me that if I were going to see a dermatologist to schedule it so they would check me in six months and then he would check me the next six months. He didn’t have a reason to do that except that he’s kind. They always work me in if I have a problem. The same people have been on the staff for years. He always gives me a

to talk and doesn’t just run me through the office.

"Dr. Imbody put me at ease by coming in and asking some questions to start off the appointment. He wanted to see if I had any concerns, and just get a little background on me which I thought made the experience more personable. The actual exam was pretty quick and pain free. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all, which was a relief after other experiences I've had. He seems to really care about his patients and just has the demeanor to make you feel at ease."

"The office staff scheduled me for an appointment very soon after I called, which I was thankful for because I needed to get a prescription renewed. I showed up early to fill out new patient paperwork and then waited in the lobby for a short time. The office staff wasn't overly chatty but was extremely professional. I was really nervous about my appointment, but Dr.

is so friendly and immediately put me at ease. It was easy to communicate with her about personal matters. I will definitely continue to see her as my GYN.

"She is wonderful. I don't like everybody. I visited her in June of this year. Dr.

is professional and on time which is very important for me. She is very knowledgeable. She delivered my last child and she is just great."

"I went to Dr.
Dayton Obstetricians Provider Name Locked
after moving to the area and needing my yearly exam. I should have done some research because this was not a good experience for me. Her bedside manner is not great. She is kind of abrupt, it was not easy to talk to her. She tried to get me to change my prescription for birth control even though I've had no problems with what I was on. Considering all the side effects that can come with changing, I don't really see why it was necessary to try to get me to change. The examine itself was quite painful, and I've never had pain after an exam until this one."

"Dr
Dayton Obstetricians Provider Name Locked
has always been great. I've been a patient of his for 8+ years and he has delivered 2 of my children. His compassion and bedside manner is above all the rest. He truly cares about the well being of his patients and goes the extra mile to help in any way he can. I had two very difficult deliveries and he always stayed calm and collected, never letting on to me how severe things actually were. Not until I was in recovery and on the mend did I know. I appreciate that in a dr. He talked me through every step letting me know what was happening but not in a way that would worry me."

"I have used this physician for several years and my daughters also see doctors in this office. Here are some general observations: I usually arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for my appointments. The front desk staff is efficient but rarely smiles or offers a friendly greeting. I dislike the blaring T.V.s in the waiting room (but I know this may just me.) I am never called for my appointment at the scheduled time , my appointments usually run between 20 and 40 minutes later than scheduled. After being taken back for the regular weight, blood pressure, pre questioning by a nurse or nurses assistant I?m ushered into an examination room where I?m asked to undress and wait. No problem, but the office is freezing (winter, spring, summer or fall) and there I sit in my paper gown. There is often another 15 to on my last visit 25 minute waiting for the doctor to see me. Take a pair of socks for your feet! This may sound silly, but there are few magazines or anything to keep patients occupied in the exam rooms with the exception of mother/baby magazines, which is great, but I?m past that stage and

?t want suggestions for afternoon playtime with a toddler. The rooms are

and uninviting. I think one can only be fascinated by diseases of the female reproductive system posters for so long. While waiting there is usually loud music coming from (I assume) a staff room somewhere. It?s not on the speaker system ? but sounds like it comes from someone?s personal radio. I know this may sound a bit inane ? but there you sit, no cloths, freezing cold, a far cry from anything resembling relaxed and this music blaring in the background... Dr.
Dayton Obstetricians Provider Name Locked
is great. She has a wonderful personality and a good sense of humor but she is always rushed and rarely spends more than a few minutes in the room. Not that there is more to do, but the minute she walks into the room I pick up on her frantic pace and feel rushed too. She talks fast, acts fast and is clearly in a hurry. I
Dayton Obstetricians Provider Name Locked
?t know if this is just her personality or if this is because her practice is so large that she has more to do in a day than is humanly possible. I think she is down to earth and approachable ? but the rushed feeling makes me forget some of what I mean to ask. I always write things down prior to my visit or I?ll forget things I want to discuss because I know she?s always in a hurry. Check out process is painless and the office staff follows up on re-fills, test results and billing issues very efficiently.

"He did a fantastic job in delivering each one of my children and delivering my grandson!!! He has done a fantastic job on my hysterectomy and I have never had a problem with my hormones and hormone therapy. His partner, Dr

, seems very good and is also a very compassionate and thorough doctor. His nurses are friendly and caring and they know what they are doing. His office staff, they are all so nice and helpful!! And no one makes you feel that they are too busy to talk to you or take care of something for you!"

"My wife and I think he's FABULOUS! He was extremely attentive and so patient listening and answering all of our questions before and after our baby was born. He has an extremely friendly nature and was open to alternative child birthing models. His care was great and he was covered under our insurance."
