Dayton Eye Care Reviews

Dayton Eye Care Provider Name Locked
is very easy to talk to and takes the time to explain things and answer my questions. When I first went to see him, he saw something in my eye that he thought might be a start of macular degeneration. Thankfully there has been no change in my condition and he took the time to explain in detail what it might be instead. But he still insisted that it be checked every year to be safe. The staff who run all the different tests are friendly and explain each step. They also answer any questions I have about the test."
"I had cataract surgery on my right eye since vision in that eye had deteriorated considerably in recent years. The surgery went well and I now have slightly better than 20/20 vision in that eye for distant vision. Of course reading glasses are still required for near vision. The surgery was painless and there were no complications. The doctor and staff were all very personable and professional."
"His office is called Just 4 Eyes. They actually make the glasses right there in the office. Dr.

is very good and thorough. They do a lot of other different eye tests like peripheral vision and glaucoma tests. I would continue to go back to them in the future."
"Moved from MI to OH and was required to have laser retina repairs done in MI checked. Was referred by optometrist to

and Surgeons. They got me in within a week and appointment went very well. Did not have to wait for ages in the waiting room to be seen, either."
"I had to go to the eye doctor in order to get my prescription renewed so I could order my contacts. I do really like the person who does the contacts fitting. But they also make you see the eye doctor which is quite time consuming. I ended up with the same prescription and was there for two hours."
"Because he is unique in

area, he is very busy. Expect your appointment to be delayed. Good News: The staff and all Dr. Hartels patients are very friendly and all of us (except first timers) know to come to the office with a book, game, etc. You will discover that once out of waiting area everything is very efficient and goes normally. You will also discover the reason for delay is Dr.
Dayton Eye Care Provider Name Locked
has many patients with very complicated Neuro and Vision problems and he takes time to make sure each is cared for properly. BOTTOM LINE: IF YOU WANT AN EYEGLASS PERSCRIPTION - CONSIDER SOMEWHERE ELSE. BUT, IF YOU HAVE SERIOUS VISION OR NEURO PROBLEMS DR.

"I got an appointment much sooner than I thought. The office was easy to find and get to and I spent a very short time in the waiting room. Staff was friendly and efficient; did not have to wait long for the doctor, either. Doctor was businesslike but not cold or unfriendly. He and staff were diligent in reminding me to call immediately if I noticed certain symptoms. (phone staff did likewise when I called later with a question)"
