We encourage you to accompany the inspector during the inspection, which provides an invaluable learning and discovery experience during which your questions can be answered on the spot and you will gain insight into maintenance tailored specifically to your home. You receive your inspection report immediately at the end of the appointment. All of our clients are offered free telephone consultation after the inspection. We do use subcontractors for out termite inspections and our radon testing, but we can schedule them for you to be completed at the time of the inspection.
