Business Description: We are a business that believes in and practices the "Golden Rule". We treat other people the way we want to be treated. This is a family owned franchise business that believes in giving outstanding customer service and performance that will exceed your expectations. We will work with our customers on pricing to fit their budget and will always follow-up on our commitments. Although the services we provide are not regulated by any local, state or federal regulations, we suscribe to applicable industry recognized certifying organizations such as the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), Mold Inspection, Consulting and and Remediation Organization (MICRO), and the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) for Water Restoration Technicians. Additionally, we have a Registered Professional Engineer (Ohio #46772) on staff, so you can be assured of the most professional, thorough, complete analysis of your situation as possible. We only use our own employees for performing the core businesses. When subcontractors are used for more involved projects, the client is always notified of the contract services provided, vs. AdvantaClean Services provided. AdvantaClean provides free estimates on mold remediation projects and only charges a fee for inspections if a report is required for a real estate closing requirement.
