Business Description: I look forward to sharing my talents and experience, preparing tempting, diverse, healthy, and flavorful cuisine for my clients. I have always had a love of cooking, since I was a small child helping my mother in the kitchen. I obtained my degree from a Culinary Arts school in Romania, in 1992. After cooking for a few years in Romanian finer restaurants and being a chef for our military personnel, I relocated to the United States in 2000. I have continuously developed my gastronomic passion in Romanian restaurants, as well as in cooking for the army and cooking for my family and friends. My cooking style is based on fresh and tasty food, firmly excluding the use of additives or taste amplifiers used in excess today. I recently received my graduate diploma for Fitness and Nutrition Specialist. One of my favorite styles are preparations called "healthy soul food", dishes that have become increasingly absent in our present diets, due to the already chronic lack of time. In a society dominated by fast foods hidden under umbrellas defined by words like "fresh". I want to make a difference serving dishes aimed to generate the appearance of a big smile. I love to see that smile on people's faces when they eat and if we even lightly reflect on the subject, we are what we eat, or on a different note, what we eat defines us all. Personally, I am experiencing the same pleasure preparing dishes from a variety of cuisines including American, Italian or Romanian etc ..... Always excellent menus that you can enjoy in the comfort of your own home.
