Business Description: Family Therapy Center was established in Cincinnati by Marion Lindblad-Goldberg in 1979 in the University of Cincinnati’s College of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, as a training and direct services branch of The Philadelphia Child Guidance Center which was established in 1937. As such, FTC has a long and proven history and experience with treating adults and children with a wide variety of problems, challenges and issues. In 1987, FTC established itself as an independent training and services entity, and for the last 28 years has been the premier agency in the field. Drawing from and integrating a wide variety of treatment modalities, the clinical staff at FTC are very experienced and seasoned professionals who have received years of post graduate specialized training in their service areas. Individuals, couples and families come to FTC knowing they will receive the best possible care available.
