Business Description: We have extensive experience in building inspections. Many of your inspectors have over 20 years of experience.
We have licensed inspectors in Kentucky and Indiana and in Ohio we are ASHI Certified Inspectors. We also are State licensed to conduct Radon Testing. With all of our home inspections we check all appliances and mechanical equipment for recalls using RECALL CHEK. In addition, all of our homes have a 90 day peace of mind warranty.
Our home inspections start at $295.00. We also offer indoor air qualiting testing for mold and other contaminants. We provide termite inspections using state licensed WDO inspectors.
Our company has qualfied EIFS (Synthetic stucco)inspectors on staff and can conduct EIFS (Dryvit) inspections
