We started in the residential market back in 1978 with a focus on educating home buyers not only on the condition of the home at the time of purchase but on how to maintain their investment for life. Every inspection is tailored to the specific needs of the individual client and includes far more than a simple list of defective items.To give you an example, most inspectors will do an onsite inspection lasting approximately 2 hours and then will complete a 10 to 15 page report listing defective items. Our average inspection runs 4 hours and then we take as much time as you need to walk you through the report page by page and answer every question you have. We want you to not only know the property but to feel very comfortable before you make your next step. And this is only the beginning. We print the report on site, and include several other helps along with three information packed manuals that when combined together make a truly useful educational tool that will be of help for as long as you own this home. We can also include a cost to repair estimate to help you make all of the necessary decisions before purchasing the property as well as walk you through any and all repairs you decide to do after the closing. For as long as you own your home, at no additional charge to you, We want to be the one consulting company you turn to for all your real estate needs.
