"Untrustworthy swindlers! State Farm referred me to while my car was in the shop for a week. The manager did my paperwork and assured me that" everything was covered under my insurance, including the gas if I used their full tank service, he even made a joke of it. Well, it was not covered by my insurance and I got a charge of almost $47 for gas - I didn't even use a half of the tank and there is a gas station across the street! SWINDLERS! When I called, I got the run around. No one was calling me back and when I finally spoke to the manager he LIED saying that he never told me that it was covered under insurance and gave me more of the run around. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS PLACE! They are LAIRS! SWINDLERS! CROOKS!

I asked to be picked up at my hotel at 8:30 a.m.. Enterprise was late so I called to find out where they were. When I contacted them, they said that there was a lot of construction in the area and that they should be there shortly. They arrived at 8:40 a.m. When driving back to the office, I saw no construction that would have delayed them picking me ...More up. Once I arrived at their office, the paperwork took a long time too. I explained that I had an appointment that I could not be late to. I had also told them that I needed a car seat with a 5-point harness. They came back with a booster seat. They said that they did not have that type of car seat so they had to contact another one of their offices to get it. By this time it was 9:00 a.m. When we went out to the car, they said that they had upgraded me to a larger car despite the fact that I had specifically asked for a mini van. Then I had to drive to the other rental site to pick up the car seat. They then advised me that they could not install the car seat, that I would have to. By the time I got that installed, it was 9:40 a.m. We had a whale watching trip scheduled and by the time this all happened, it was impossible to get there in time. I contacted the company again to file a complaint. I was told that someone would get back to me. I asked if I would be reimbursed for the whale watching trip I missed. She wasn't sure but gave me an idea of what they might do. I did not hear from anyone that day. Ultimately, we were able to get on the whale watching trip later in the day but we had lost all of this time. I was then told that it could take three days before someone contacted me. I was never charged for the rental car. It showed up on my credit card two weeks later. I called the provider again. I was then told that the person I had spoken to gave me incorrect information. The person told me that it was my responsibility to contact the regional manager. I called and left a message and once again, got no response.

They cars were clean, were in good condition, and they even upgraded us to a bigger model due to them not having the car we needed in stock. The customer service was great.

It is very hard to give even one star to this company. I rented a car for one of my employees through Hotwire.com. Once my employee picked up the car, they asked him if he wanted GPS at no costs. He accepted the offer. They gave him an upgraded car and company ' s credit card $ 250.00. I contacted the Customer service. After 49 minutes, I was able ...More to talk with a supervisor. She told they didn't charge for GPS. The $250 was for car upgrade that my employees didn't ask for. It is a deceptive business practice
which they are trying all the times. Be careful dealing with them and don't sign anything based on their representatives

We are Elite National Car Rental Members, , , , etc, and we have one word on this location: NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN.

We, as we always do, booked our cars online at their ENTERPRISE online site, and they even let us use our ...More national emerald number, so we did. Enterprise owns national and .

Today, we made a reservation early this morning, and got confirmation for an intermediate car pick up in the afternoon with unlimited mileage at this location.


Upon arriving for what we thought would be a 5 minute stop, we are told:

1. "We have NO Cars Available" - But we just made this reservation today.

2. They also tell us "WELL, IT KIND OF IS BUT KIND OF ISN'T UNLIMITED MILES" - But you just sent us a confirmation of our rental with unlimited miles noted on it.


They rented and confirmed a car for us on that day with unlimited miles BUT UPON ARRIVING AT THEIR LOCATION:

- THEY had no car AND

- IF if they did have one, it would "NOT Really" came with the unlimited miles our confirmation confirmed.

We thought that a location in our home town of The Woodlands would have better service and car - THEY PROVED US WRONG, and this is very different than other enterprise locations we have rented from nationwide.

We are dealing with a medical emergency with our father, so this car rental was not something we needed this experience with.


Close this location down or MANDATE SERVICE QUALITY CHANGES right away because they have tarnished our respect for the ENTERPRISE BRAND and great service we have received in other locations.

Horrible experience. Had to wait several minutes while the desk person called down to the garage, She never got a response and gave up. She asks if I want a gas prepay- I agreed. She confirms it. I go down to the lot and the top is down on the convertible they are giving me. It takes me 10 minutes to figure out how to put the top up. There are no attendants ...More in sight. I take the car and there is no washer fluid, so the windshield is full of bug guts for the whole trip. Getting in and out of the garage is a total hassle, it is made to ding the car. Lucky I didn't. I return the car and the attendant says that I didn't pre purchase the gas so I get charged 90 bucks to fill the tank.
Horrible experience. Horrible employees. Horrible equipment. Go elsewhere.

Years ago I had gone to this location and it was not a good experience. The cars smelled like smoke and the staff did not seem to have any sense of urgency. Since then I had used another location. One day the location I was using was extremely busy and I was in a time crunch, so I returned to this location.
Clay was working and he remembered ...More me from working at the other location. As assistant manager he has had large hand in turning this store around. I now am a regular at this location and look forward to going in every time.
I have also noticed that the entire staff's attitude has seemed to taken a turn for the better as well. When he is off, I still receive excellent service from the people that do not recognize me as a regular customer.

My daughter's car needed repairs so I called Enterprise on 9/10/15 to rent a car from their location about 3-4 miles from my home. When we arrived on 9/11/15, the branch manager told us the reserved car was in about 'an hour and a half drive' from his location. The manager provided no ...More other alternatives. We called in and spoke to . After explaining the need for a car and how we had an appointment tomorrow for repair work to my daughter's car, 's Law calmed us down and told us to come right over for a car. Also, even though could have taken advantage of our desperate situation by charging us an inflated price, they did the opposite. Enterprise had provided us a reservation with a "weekend special rate", not only did "not" raise their price they BEAT Enterprise's weekend special rate. Thanks again and a special thanks to Law!

Yesterday (9/10/15) I made a reservation for a rental car with the understanding I would pick the car up at 4:00 today (9/11/15). I provided all of the required information to make the reservation. I live in Crownsville about 3 miles out of . When my daughter and I arrived today at the Enterprise location, ...More (Branch Manager) greeted us and looked up the reservation. He informed us the rental vehicle was actually in , about an hour and a half drive from . Obviously I was upset and asked what he was going to do about this issue. simply repeated the same response each time I asked what "Enterprise" was going to do for us; he said his inventory of vehicles was low and he had nothing to provide us. Finally I contacted who provided us with a rental. Needless to say, Enterprise is at the bottom of my list of customer friendly companies. seemed completely void of any feelings of concern for our situation and provided no viable alternatives.
