"I just feel like there aren't enough choices. I have
but I don't feel like I have enough choices with cable. The service is great" but they bogged down when it gets to details like their inventory. They try to bill you for as much as they can. I have to deal with them on that.

to lower the cost of cable for my in-laws who are 85 and 86 respectively. Strangely by adding internet to the account" (they do not have a computer) I was able to lower the monthly charge. When they moved to a new location that
does not service, I was told there would be an early termination fee amount to about $240.00.

Loyalty Department." I was told there was a recorded conversation of my verbal acknowledgment. The representative with whom I spoke advised she could not find "any information about my acknowledgment." When asked to hear the recording, I was told the matter would be discussed with a "supervisor" and I would be advised of the decision within 24 to 48 hours. After hearing nothing from
, I called
on 10/5/15. I had to explain the entire situation to a representative again. After a long conversation in which I was repeatedly asked the same questions, I was told the representative could not help me and I would be transferred to the "Loyalty Department." I waited on hold for at least 10 minutes and was told by the same rep with whom I had just spoken that the lines were busy. I held for another period of time and was told again the lines were still busy. The same rep told me that there was nothing that could be done and the charge would not be removed. I doubt she spoke to anyone in the Loyalty Department. RoseI would like to hear the recorded conversation where I acknowledged there would be an early termination fee. I do not recall making the acknowledgment. If I did, case closed and termination fee will be paid. Since i contest the fact I did, I would like
to make the recording (one I can hear and not a transcription) available. Doesn't seem like too difficult a request.

After a month of constant down time and slow connections they determined the 18 Mbps line which I had been paying for was having issues. After arguing that about 1 hour of connection for the entire month was their fault they gave me a credit almost equal to what I had paid for service and wouldn't touch the install fee.
It took the service tech 3 weeks to get to my house and fix the problem. He was scheduled to come just a few days after I called the first time connection went down (the evening after the install), but forgot and only showed up three weeks later after I had called in 3 more times.
It worked ok for about a month, I did notice that I couldn't do hardly as much on 18 Mbps AT&T offered compared to the 4 Mbps plan that I had through Alaska Communications. Then it stopped working again luckily the over the phone tech could fix the problem if they moved me down to the 12 Mbps plan. It has worked ok but I get the feeling they keep throttling my speed down and I have been cut off a few more times. I will never go with AT&T Uverse again. I will be ending my service with them as soon as the contract is up unless I can get them to admit the crappy service and their inability to provide what they contracted to provide and get out sooner.

They relied on the independent contractor who changed out my radio unit to downgrade my service. No separate assessment. They had provided that level of service since they began it. I called both customer service and tech support, but could only leave a voice message (even though their voice system said I was always first in line). When support finally called back, I was told the contractor would call me with a tech explanation (he never did). I wanted to explore the possibility of moving my service to a closer tower.
When the service was operating as advertised, it was good. When it wasn't, and I complained, they downgraded it. If I am too far from the service tower, why did the salesperson authorize it in the first place? Why did the tech people allow the increased level of service? I was a customer for a long time, without problem. Fortunately, there was no contract to hold me in.

They're alright. They're just expensive. I pay a lot. They are so expensive. My internet service is very slow. I don't have a choice. Where I am, there are a lot of trees so the service is that crazy.

It’s a basic cable TV, I have no HBO, I have nothing. They are not very responsive for senior citizens. You have to stay on line a long time but they take care of stuff. We have seasonal subscription and they renege on any discounts they offered before originally; which the other provider we use down south doesn’t do. That’s not fair. I would get rid off them but I can’t. Their service is fine, it’s just that they are expensive.

The service technicians and phone support team is excellent. The biggest issue is cost (now at $250/month), which has been rising at a very rapid pace, much faster than the inflation rate, and not at a rate that correlates with improvements in service.
Internet speed is generally good, but slows down significantly between 3:00 pm, when school lets out, and about 10:00 pm.
Good lineup of the common channels, although it costs extra for every TV for which you want HD.
Telephone service is fine, with free calling throughout U.S. and Canada, answering service, forwarding service, call waiting, etc.
I'm looking at other options because of cost.

I would give them a negative grade if I could. The worst customer service. We are limited to one megabyte and when we try to buy more they say it's our condo association. We brought it up with our condo association,

The service man who came to do the install was very nice and pleasant, and he couldn't even believe we are limited to one. It's apparent they don't care. We have to go onto our AT&T account on my mobile device to actually do anything.

Bolt is employee owned and the four people who we have met are all wonderful, knowledgeable, and very professional. We are finally getting what we paid for. We have their fastest service and it is well worth a few extra dollars for the performance. We told two of the owners of Bolt about what happened and of our immediate need. Though it was after 5:00 PM on a Friday they managed to have someone at our house by Tuesday Morning. They had a full schedule and had to make an extra effort to accommodate us. I have never been more pleased with any service provider.

I don't particularly like them. They are fine and do what they are supposed to do, but I think they charge an outrageous amount of money. They charge $15 for each set-top box and $20 for the DVR every month. I think that is kind of outrageous. We have a bundle with our cell phones, internet, house phone and television and it is about $300 monthly.
