This company also known as AAGI did not any anyway want to pay for the repairs of my customers vehicle. She paid for the best warranty available when she purchased her used vehicle that included a rental and the repairs to the vehicle where a covered idem. It went terrible. The vehicle was stopped immediately when a check engine light came on and the vehicle was taken to this dealership by a tow truck. They delayed 2 days even looking at it (per their story).
When I was FINALLY able to get a service manager on the phone after 3 tries and nearly 20 minutes on hold I asked for an explanation regarding the vehicle. The very brusque reply was "yeah...you need a new motor" followed by silence. Upon further prodding they described the first thing they did was "started it up and got a cloud of smoke, and the engine seized". They then proceed to postulate that it was because the oil plug was finger loose.....from and oil change 2000 MILES PRIOR (not at a dealership). They claimed there was oil covering the undercarriage from the motor to the back bumper as part of their evidence to back this ridiculous theory (never had low oil light or sign of leak on garage floor). I expressed my doubts and was referred to call

customer service, which ended up being even more useless than the dealership. That will be the subject of another review.
I asked that the service manager take pictures of the described undercarriage mess and he refused saying he didn't have time. I prodded further and he attempted to placate me by lying and saying he would have the tech do it and email to me. As you may expect the pictures never materialized.

After that initial conversation I never had any other communication from the dealership. Not. One. Call.
After taking the vehicle (my expense) to a REPUTABLE dealer the story was quite different. While the plug was conveniently loose the was NO EVIDENCE of leaking on the undercarriage. Turns out the wrong oil filter was placed leading to low oil pressure. Not Chryslers fault, but easily found by a decent, honest and reputable dealer after a few hours of investigation.
My multiple phone calls to

, blatantly lied as compared to what they told me. In summary:
1. Trying to get in touch with them originally was an exercise in near futility. The receptionist admitted she kept calling the service dept "but they won't pick up'. No one seemed to care or find this behavior abnormal
2. Service department manager was not professional dealing with me or the oil change company.
3. Service department clearly lied about their findings (perhaps the reason they refused to take pictures).
4. Service department made no effort to look for other problems/causes.
5.They started a vehicle BEFORE checking anything, oil, etc, leading to a seized engine. They originally admitted this to myself and to

before changing their story.
6. They refused to work with a company that was trying to do the right thing and assess their responsibility in the matter.
6.They never once attempted to make contact with me again.
At this point I can only surmise that perhaps the entire loose oil plug story was manufactured to cover for starting a vehicle with no oil pressure before doing even a cursory exam of said vehicle.
I would suggest going anywhere else in the state of GA, or the country for that matter to avoid this dealership.
PS- the oil change company stepped up without issue when the investigation revealed the wrong filter was placed. It could have been that

and saved me hundreds of dollars in transport fees. DO NOT think they will be an advocate for the customer, my experience indicates the opposite.

I used the Castleton location. They set an expectation to be done in 3 hours and it took over 6 hours. I didn't had a ride to take me from work to get my car and they never told me this ahead of time. They didn't seem to care that this occurred to me. To me this was very poor customer service. I will never use or recommend them to others due to this.

This is a third party parts order setup. they are not the manufactures. They make the mistakes and then expect you to pay again prior to them correcting the problem. Wait time and phone response is the worst I've had to deal with for any purchases ever made. wait time for replacement parts... I'm still waiting even though I had no other choice but to authorize another charge to get them to reorder the correct parts. I do not recommend this company. If you need service, I'd recommend you try ordering directly from the manufactures or at least somebody other than

It did take more than one call to get someone to call me to make an appt but eventually we set a time. There is a new owner,

, and he came himself along with the technician to see what the problem was. He wanted to know more about the quality of the work his company does and customer feedback so he came just to speak with me and oversee the work of his staff. They were great, got the broken key out quickly and cleaned out the lock so that it worked perfectly without having to replace it. I was told on the phone a service visit is $85 minimum plus cost of the work ($30 to rekey a lock for example). Mr. Creery waived the fee and said it was considered a follow up to the original work. Just an FYI, if they do install a new cylinder lock, it has a warranty.
