I placed an online order Sunday, August 24, 2014 for next day delivery. Around 5:00 pm Monday, August 25, 2014, I called to confirm delivery. I spoke to

, the store owner. She told me that the driver attempted delivery but no one was home. I told her the driver must be mistaken. My mother had just been released from the hospital and had a full time care giver there and I knew for a fact that someone had been home all day. She started arguing with me. I insisted that there was someone home and finally told her to just cancel the order. She said and I quote " We'll attempt another delivery today, would that make you happy?" I was taken a back by her rudeness and asked if she thought that was a proper way to speak to a customer? She put me on hold and then came back and said that she had spoken to the driver and he admitted going to the wrong address and they would deliver the flowers that night. She didn't apologize for the mix up or for how she spoke to me.

Florals is very talented. Florist met with me numerous times before the wedding to go over details, color scheme, pricing, flower types, venue times, give suggestions, and preview their work. They are very patient with mom-zillas. Mock-ups completed for bridal portraits. I will definitely use them again for my next wedding and all floral needs :) I highly recommend this business.

I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary on the company's website. I got an email the afternoon of the delivery day (a Saturday) from Will, the owner, telling me that he had attempted delivery twice that day and nobody had been home and he wanted to know what I would like him to do. I told him of a place outside our home where he could leave the arrangement if nobody was home if he was willing to try one more time. He called me a little while later (several hours after they had closed for the day) to tell me that somebody was going to go to the shop to get the flowers and bring them by our house and leave them in the place I had mentioned if nobody way home because he wanted to make sure that my wife got her flowers on our anniversary. I was very impressed with the customer service and the way Will kept in touch with me and really went out of his way to make sure that the flowers were delivered on the day I wanted, rather than making one attempt and then calling it a day, which I would have understood. My wife got her flowers on her anniversary and she LOVES them thanks to Will and his staff going above and beyond what could have been reasonably expected of them. I will be using these guys for all my flower orders from here on out for sure!

I spoke with the florist over the phone as I had some questions about the arrangement on their website...It was after the cut off time for that day but

said she would deliver them free of charge same day! When the flowers arrived, according to the recipient, they were even more beautiful and full of flowers than described...She went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely order from the florist in the future!

I picked the arrangement out of about 200 pictures on the site. It was called "Cute and Unique" and it was..it was in a small square white 3" dish approximately 10" x 10" with 2 white lilies 4 red carnations 5 tall white small daisy mums and some greens low to the carnations and a wood sprig...cute and unique, hence the name...what my daughter and son-in-law received was a large white funeral arrangement with carnations, gladiolus, lilies daises and tall 18" clear vase.. My daughter sent me pictures, in return I sent pictures to Justflowers and they to Heyls...so they sent another arrangement to the house and requested that my daughter return the funeral arrangement to them..but she stated no one would be home at the time of the new but Heyls still dropped the new arrangement off which was to say the least, again, was in no way, anything like the picture of what I ordered. This time it was all red carnations, and red roses with a beige vase. My daughter called and requested Heyls to come and pick up both arrangements and refund my account but they refused..and offered me a $10.00 off on the order. I am horrified with such service and treatment. I have 9 e-mails from Justflowers.com and phone tag with them at my home number. Spoken with manager after manager. There is no longer pleasing the customer. This was bait and switch. If they could not perform the service they should have contacted me and I would have chosen something else or taken my business elsewhere! And that is what I will be doing from now on!

I called the florist because I thought they would want to know about an issue with the card that was attached to the plant I received; however, I was wrong.
I first stated that the plant that was sent for my father-in-law’s funeral was beautiful; however, the card that was computer generated was a little messed up. There was spacing in the middle of words in three areas. My thought… Oh, this is an easy fix. Just go into the program and make changes so it doesn’t happen again.
The employee was not willing to take my complaint because she said they did not control the program that generates these cards. I then stated, “If I owned a business I would want control over anything that had my name on it.” To which she said, “If I received flowers I would just enjoy them instead of finding complaints.” Very unprofessional! As you can imagine, I hung up in disgust.
I wanted/want nothing in return; only to let them know about this glitch. I have written a formal complaint to the company. I will post a follow-up if I hear from them.

Excellent service! Beautiful flowers! We ordered 20 beautiful roses in a contemporary glass vase for Mother's Day. It was delivered directly to the door. Mom loved the flowers and sent us a photograph (the arrangement looks almost identical to the one on

Worst customer service ever. Had to call over 5 times to check on my late/no show flowers. Supposed manager "

" was out on break, never got a call back. Flowers arrived over 2 hours later, but were not even close to the bouquet I ordered online. Only resolution offered was 20% off my next order. No thanks, I will never use this company again.

We ordered a balloon bouquet for a friend as a memorial for her son who passed away on his birthday. When the delivery man arrived at her house, she was not there so he called me and asked what I wanted them to do and I asked him to leave them on her back porch. Unfortunately, when my friend arrived home the balloons, including the

and they said they'd bring her new balloons. However, because she was upset, they called back- but my number was the contact. I explained the entire situation to them and they could not have been more wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure she got the flowers at her work and their biggest concern was that the process was as easy as possible on her. They were so patient and flexible. It was some of the best customer service I have ever encountered.

We signed a contract several months prior to our August event with

. I became nervous when I needed a corsage for the bridal shower in March and it did not hold up well - and I expressed my concern at the time - to be met by multiple excuses. As the wedding day approached

I was becoming extremely nervous but the contract was signed - so I tried to confirm everything with her and she was very short - assuring me she knew exactly what we wanted. Thirty minutes before my daughter and the bridesmaids are to walk down the aisle - the flowers arrive at the Church. They are WRONG.

- no one would answer. ON MY DAUGHTER'S WEDDING DAY my husband and I had to run up to the flower shop to make sure she would not make a disaster of the evening flowers. She was not there but her husband was. He had her call us. Her answer was to bring the correct color bouquets to the RECEPTION! What good did that do??? The formal pictures were done! She also offered to make 3 additional table arrangements free of charge - yeah, okay.
But I assured her I was not paying one more penny! Then she left me a message asking if I could come back to the flower shop! On my daughter's wedding day!! So she brought down 5 bouquets tot he Reception - threw out the ones we used in all the pictures - after all this insult she could have also left the ones we were originally had to use instead of throwing them out - seeing as this was her error. She never supplied the flower petals that were to be on the cake table as ordered. Then, two days later, she leaves me a voice message asking me to apologize to her help - as they were upset that I was upset about the WRONG FLOWERS ON MY DAUGHTER'S WEDDING DAY. Silly me. Well, after this whole debacle I looked at Better Business Bureau and various review sites and I see that mine was not an isolated incident. I wish we had known all this prior to booking with her.
