It went great.
really knows his craft. I was amazed at the results. It is such a pleasure and surprise when a contractor tells you what time he will arrive, how long it will take and what the results of his labor will be and they all turn out exactly as he told you. Anyone who wants to have their bathroom look like new again call
. I will tell all my relatives and friends.

2 workers arrived around 8:00am and finished around 6:30pm. excellent work done, we love the outcome and the look. Workers were neat and did good work. Had to wait 24 hours before we could use the shower. Only glitch was we ordered a curved shower rod and they came with straight rod. So one of the workers went to Home Depot and bought a curved rod. We may have them do the rest of the bathroom next year.

The contractor was able to schedule the job for the next day, and they arrived on-time. They covered the walls and floor to prevent over spray, agreed to spray a grab bar at no additional cost. The entire job took just under one hour to complete. Upon initial inspection, all looked okay. However, after 24 hours, when I was able to get back into the room (the door was closed to help prevent the fumes (yes, it stinks) from spreading to the rest of the house), I saw that there were some serious issues. There were numerous drips, a large puddle, and debris that was painted over. I called their office, and the team came back the next morning. They sanded down most of the drips, got rid of a lot of the painted-over foreign matter, and reduced (not eliminated) the large puddle. This took about 20 minutes. Even though there was an effort to fix the problem, it did not seem that it was their best effort. It is nice, though, not to look at a pink bathtub each morning.

I thought that they were excellent. They didn't bust my chops over the price so that was good. I like the way the acrylic tub looks. It was more expensive than buying normal fixtures, but I think it looks better and it is easier to clean.

, an employee of the company was very skillful and did a great job. I think the cost of the job was quite high for the amount of work involved but it saved me the cost of buying a new refrigerator.

After leavning a message requesting a callback, the owner of the company promptly called us back and walked my husband through the benefits and different services offered. He offered the reasons why his company takes certain actions and then gave prices. Later that week, we had a reglazer (

the tub area) within a few hours.

was pleasant and professional. He left us with the tub drying (as is customary) and instructions for how to care for it properly.
Upon inspection after we carefully removed the paper, we found the grout to be fresh and clean, however there were areas that could have been more carefully applied. As for the tub, it had a beautifully applied shiny coat, but we did notice three or four little pits in the floor of the finish (of course just where my toe hits each morning) Along the sides there were a few places where it seemed like the paint ran too thick or thinly. It can be seem in the morning light.
When we reached out to
Staten Island Bathtub Refinishers Provider Name Locked
, he was quick to respond and would have sent
Staten Island Bathtub Refinishers Provider Name Locked
back to redo the job, but as the smell and mess was more than what my husband was ready to handle ( we have two little kids and the odor was overwhelming) we decided to keep it as is for now. I have no doubt if I called
Staten Island Bathtub Refinishers Provider Name Locked
in another month or two he would come back to fix his work.
As for professionalism,
Staten Island Bathtub Refinishers Provider Name Locked
is wonderful. As for the quality of work I wish it had been done perfectly the first time for the amount we paid.
Have no doubt to use these guys. Just be sure to check over the work and let

The work was done over 2 days (tub one day, walls and floor the next) since it was so extensive. The technician did a good job of covering up the area so there was no mess outside the bathroom. Although he did ventilate as well as possible, the smell was quite strong the days of the work, but was pretty much gone the next day. He gave us full instructions on caring for the refinished surfaces which we're following and it's been holding up fine, no issues.
Note - We had already stripped the old wallpaper off the walls, removed the old sink and toilet and medicine cabinet before the work was done and technician was aware we were going to paint and put in a new sink and toilet so told him we didn't care if anything got on the walls so your mileage may vary. But I have to say that spending the $1,100 for the refinishing, using paint we already had for the walls, and spending a total of $500 for a new sink and toilet for a total of $1,600 and having a nice, new-looking bathroom worked out great for for us - so much better than having the existing horrible bathroom gutted and spending a heck of a lot more to totally redo it.

Overall a good professional job and they will respond to any problems in a timely manner. However you must also realize that there are many shades of white and it may not exactly match the other whites in bathroom but it worked ok for me.

After contacting several firms for estimates, we selected this company. The workman arrived on schedule and completed the job as promised. We were pleasantly surprised by the appearance of the refinished tub.
