Business Description: We are a family owned company with more than 30 years of home improvement and remodeling experience. Lisamarie and Steven are the owners, all of our employees work for us we do not use subcontractors for our work, but will coordinate with other contractors for work that we do not preform. We are licenced through EPA and HUD for safe lead practices and lead abbatement. What makes us really unique is that we believe in working with you, which means you can get as involved in the project as you want. Most of our customers will work hand in hand with us on simple home repairs so they may learn how to fix a similar problem in the future. When we are involved in a remodeling project we want our customers to feel like part of the project, we give them updates and the next days plan on a daily, we will point out issues that arise and work with our customers to make sure that everyone is one the same page all of the time. Every project we get involved with we make sure to take all necessary precautions to make sure that the woirk site is clean, safe and not intrusive to the rest of the home. When we are dealing with a house built before 1978 wetake extra precautions to make sure that if there is lead paint in the home that we capture the dust and paint chips to keep the ownersfamily safe (along with our staff). Our number one goal is to help every homeowner to create their DREAM HOME by making it safe, usable and their favorite place to be!
