I have worked with various IT (information Technology) folks on various projects for the Headquarters of a major airline for 25 years. This company,
in specific, is exceptional. They developed the website from scratch.
1/ Taught me all I needed to know as a customer about ecommerce websites (I knew nothing).
2/ Allowed UNLIMITED changes until I agreed on the final
3/ Charged very very reasonable price
4/ Worked along with my time schedule, even when things changed.
5/ Stayed positive and explaining things to me throughout the projects
6/ Met all the deadlines
7/ Extremely easy to work with and to understand
I can not say enough good about this company. It was written up in the Houston Chronicle. All I can say is try them you will like them!

Responding to a posting by our small non-profit organization,

offered many helpful suggestions. He emailed questions and samples throughout the process and he was available by phone as needed.
made changes without hesitation and provided an extraordinary amount of work for the money. Could not ask for more.

He was well mannered and very professional. The pictures he took of us were amazing! The quality of this mans work is amazing and at a fraction of the cost of the competition. We called J.C. Penny's photo department and they wanted 100.00 just to take the pictures. He took the pictures ( at the

park once, and once in our home) printed them, and then framed them for the same price that J.C. Penny wanted to just take them. He framed a 24x36 image for only 100.00. That is a 200.00 job at hobby lobby! We were so happy with his work we hired him to take pictures at my grand daughters wedding in

We needed signs for the front and back of our office along with window decals.
Camillus Graphic Designers Provider Name Locked
was onsite within a day or two of our initial conversation. He gave us quite a few options and a detailed quote when we decided what we wanted.
The installation crew was on time and got everything installed with little fuss. The final cost was exactly what we'd been quoted and the quality seems excellent.

Responded same day to rush order. Worked continuously until project was completed. Implemented minor edits immediately. 1/2 payment up front, other 1/2 upon completion. Very fair.

Camillus Graphic Designers Provider Name Locked
is truly a gifted graphic artist. I first contacted her several months ago for a "Save the Date" card for my daughter's wedding. Once we chatted about the project she asked for a picture of the Chapel - a quaint chapel in the midst of a beautiful forest preserve.

actually

a sketch of the chapel for the card! It was so beautiful - we had to hire her back to do the official wedding invitation - which was not a standard size and required a lot of "personalization." She did not disappoint! The invitation is just as beautiful as the save-the-date-card. I have one more wedding to plan in the future - and I will certainly contact

again.

When I first contacted them they seemed to be knowledgeable and eager to work with me on my project which I described in fair detail. When I finally decided to work with them they asked for a deposit of half up front. I can understand that so I paid and we moved forward.
According to their website when you purchase the 2 logo package then you receive a team of 5 individuals working on your logos and the turnaround time is 2 days. What followed were two weeks of asking over and over for something different but getting almost the same thing each time. Finally a week down and 2 revisions I went onto google and found an image that was similar to what I was looking for, sent it over with a very detailed description of the changes I was looking for and what I received 3 days later was the same picture that I sent to them with different colors and my company name pasted on it. So I then took the image into the paint program on my computer made the changes I was looking for and sent it back with a list of minor changes to make. It took them another couple of days and 2 more revisions before I finally conceded and said that it was good enough. The original quote stated that it would take 2-3 weeks to complete all the services I asked for including another logo, a website, a mobile site and business cards. Two weeks down and I thought that I would at least give them a

to work on my website, thinking that maybe they are web designers trying to make some extra money as graphic designers.
Almost a week after I told them to start designing my site I contacted them to see how the project was progressing and found that they had not even started yet. At this point they asked me to send all the content I planned on using and some reference sites. This is when the alarms started going off because that was the first thing that I sent them. I resent all the information and then asked what the new timeline was for completion since 2-3 weeks was already passed. Their response was that they could not complete the project as quoted it would now cost almost 3 times as much as the original quote and they could not give me a confirmed completion date.
It was at this point that I requested a refund and suggested parting ways. After a bit of back and forth they were only willing to give a partial refund. I then spent the next couple of days disputing the charges and finally over a month after starting this project I am right back where I started.
If you are looking for cheap digital work that does not require speed, quality or originality then by all means these are the people to go to but if you need just one of those buyer be ware they will take your money and under deliver on what they promise.

Terrible. Worst experience I have had in 15 years.
She constantly begged to be paid in advance of performing services. She would be out of contact for weeks at a time and not respond to emails or phone calls. She has an infrequently working phone and doesn't answer it when a call does go through.
She has a litany of excuses for when she fails to deliver on time... children are sick etc.
She is unable to use PayPal due to some problems with them in the past. She wants you to use MoneyGram... a significant inconvenience.
She was unable to deliver the products without a lot of oversight, review, and my pointing out what needed to be done. I had to maintain a punch list for the project as she was unable to do so.
She failed to provide a responsive website, although this was specified in the Scope of Work.
I will never ever use her again and cannot recommend her for any kind of web related work.
I do not know her actual address or zip code, as she never provided it... other than Indianapolis. I have two phone numbers for her and neither, as mentioned before, are answered.

I used a random zip code for Indianapolis in order to file this complaint.
Yes, I was stupid to use her.

is friendly and knowledgeable up to the point of sale.
However, once he has your money, should there be anything that falls under the 18 month warranty,
Camillus Graphic Designers Provider Name Locked
is singularly unresponsive. I have had an issue with an on-board video card that I alerted
Camillus Graphic Designers Provider Name Locked
about FIVE months ago. It remains unresolved despite friendly reminders and stern ones. The vast majority of my communication goes unanswered - including the stern emails and phone calls reminding him of his incredibly poor customer service. I am now forced to waste my time writing negative reviews before proceeding to small claims court to enforce the terms of the warranty offered.

I placed an order with the provider on 1/26/14, was given a proof on 1/30/14, which was approved the same day. I then received an email on 1/31/14 that my order had shipped. Additionally, when I logged onto my account, it indicated that my order had shipped on 1/31/2014. The tracking number given in the email to me indicated the order would arrive to me on 2/7/14, weighing in at 16.1 pounds (which is 2 pieces of luggage). I came home to find a flat envelope, with complimentary gift labels and a desk calendar. I contacted Fed Ex, who told me there was only 1 item shipped and they were confused since the envelope clearly did not weigh 16.1 lbs. I was confused at this point as well, since I had been fully charged $569.95, and had never ordered labels nor a desk calendar.
I then attempted to call the phone number on the website AND the shipping invoice (that came with the complimentary labels and calendar) and it was a recording, with no ability to leave a message or talk to a person. Fortunately, the Fed Ex rep was kind enough to supply me with a different phone number. I contacted the company and was told that since the website said it would be shipped in 8 business days from the date of order, they had honored their promise. I explained that I had an email and confirmation online that my order had already shipped and I was informed that it had not - the luggage would ship from the manufacturer and it wasn't being shipped until today (2/7/14). THe first person I talked to there said that she was sorry and eventually offered to attempt to overnight it. Her supervisor then called me back and told me my luggage would not be overnighted, that I would receive it "One day next week," and that they "changed the website so it isn't so confusing." She showed very little remorse for the fact that I was lied to and that they misrepresented the fact that my luggage was shipped. They did not offer any resolution at all. I would NEVER recommend doing business with them as they are very dishonest and not at all focused on customer satisfaction.
