It took them over 3 months to rent the house, while charging me rental fees and eviction fees every month, even though the house wasn't rented. I also had prefunded my account with $500. They kept half the first months rent when it was finally rented in Feb 2012, for their labor of showing and advertising.
The 1st tenant moved out after 3 months (on a one year lease) and they rented to someone else without notifying me at all. They charged me another $300 for half the first months rent. The statements were so confusing it was difficult to figure out what had happened. I have no idea what happened to his deposit.
The 2nd tenant moved out after 6 months (on a one year lease) and again I received no notification.
When I started asking questions, instead of just trusting them, I'd send a list of questions by email and
Example: "When was his last rent paid? Were there any damages? Am I being charged any costs incurred for the new rental? Who is the new tenant, are the terms the same and could I get a copy of the lease? Was the electric meter actually physically read by your staff or Consumers, since it's inside? The way I read Mr ____ lease, I should not incur any costs or loss of rents so will I be receiving the full check for last month and this month?"
The response I got was: "The former tenant paid rent right up to the time the new tenant moved in. It is rented for the same about $600 per month. Please let us know what else we can provide for you." He failed to answer several questions.
The 3rd tenant had a one year contract. Apparently
In April 2014, I received a message that the tenant had moved out and totally trashed the place. I was told they have no way to contact him and I was charged $1546.76 for cleanup and repair of damages. I have no idea what happened to his deposit

They are very good about sticking to the lease when it is in their favor, but not good at all on aspects of the lease that are not in their favor. They skipped getting pre-approval of tenants. They skipped pre-approval of expenditures over $350.
The last statement I received in May, shows my account balance of $10. The new tenant they rented to, after I told them I didn't need their services, paid $650 deposit and $650 rent.

I whole heartedly could not recomment this company and would advise anyone to not pay full price until the job is completed.

seems that all rent from all the properties they manage go into a single
account and as certain funds become available they start paying the owners even
though your own tenants funds may have cleared it gets paid to the out to the

online from the beginning and had to drive to their office (35+ minutes away)

finally were able to clear up that issue.
Just a note, we LOVE our tenants and are happy with them.
However this company does not display the type of professionalism on many
levels that a company should.

Instead, it became a cat and mouse game of trying to meet my renter to drop the opener off. She was not even supposed to have the opener in her possession, and again I was forced to get involved to help my renter deal with this.
There were also other smaller aspects of our interaction that occurred that struck me as unprofessional. Overall, not what I was expecting for someone who simply needed to visit my house every so often for two months to make sure everything was functioning and ready for my renter (whom I found myself). A disappointing experience.
