Business Description: Renaissance Catering is a fully licensed (food/liquor)catering and event company. Our business was established in 1985 and is housed in a 10,000 sq. ft facility. We specialize in identifying our client's particular needs and tailor boutique packages unique to each event. We cater to your home for intimate dinners for two and we also handle full scale production events for 30,000+. Our Executive Chef and President, Michael Napolitano is a multi faceted, hands on owner and graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA)in Hyde Park, NY. Our management and event staff feature a diverse background of individuals. Many come from top strip properties and are capable of handling all of your event needs, exceeding your every expectation. We were voted "Caterer of the Year" by NACE (National Association of Catering Executives). This award was given to us by our peers in the catering community and included competition from most of the major Las Vegas hotels.
