I have been in and around the building trades for over 30 years and for over the past 10 years I have provided professional home inspections including a 30+ page computer generated report with digital photos of problems, radon testing, WDO/pest inspections, and carbon monoxide testing for home owners, buyers, sellers, Real estate agents, mortgage bankers and others dealing with residential real estate. I am very familiar with homes ranging from turn of the century up to modern, current construction. I am a Certified Residential Inspector(CRI)by the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI)as well as the Immediate Past President of the MN Chapter, a licensed Inspector Of Structures by the State of Nevada #IOS-0001118-RS,a Certified Pool and Spa Operator (CPO) by the National Swimming Pool Foundation, EPA certified for Radon Measurement, member #736 of the American Association of Radon Technologists and Technicians (AARST), member #103107RT of the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), certified Carbon Monoxide and Combustion Gas Analyst by the National Comfort Institute (NCI).
