Roofing Reviews in Roswell

I researched and purchased my own shingles. $5,500 labor cost.
is the best at whatever job for which he commits. Roofing is his specialty. They were fast, tidy, and professional. When the inspector signed off on the job, he stated that it was a first-class installation. I love my new roof. We call
first for every job around our home. He shows up when he says he will and does what he says he will do.

In December 2013 I contacted
, Inc. about replacing the roof on the home that I just purchased the month prior. We had 3 leaks in our roof and needed it fixed ASAP. BAC provided me a quote of $10,887 for the membrane roof, the sales man advised that would include removal of my old roof and replacement with the new membrane roof. He said that when they removed my old roof if any of the decking needed to be replaced, they would do so but at an extra cost. He also provided me a quote for the shingles portion of my roof (I have a flat roof with 3 peaks on it - the flat roof received the membrane roofing and the peaks are covered in shingles). That was for over $5,000 - when I asked if that was necessary (as far as I knew it was only leaking on the flat part) he told me no, that my shingles looked good and I have another 5-7 years left on them. I asked how that would work with the membrane and the sales man told me that they would lift up the bottom
of the shingles and place the membrane under the shingles to create a seal.
, Inc. came in March 2014 (I had to save up the $10,887) and replaced my roof. They called 2 days before they arrived to schedule the job. I can't complain about the crew - they didn't make any unnecessary noise or mess and when they left, everything was cleaned up nicely. About 2 weeks passed and it rained - my roof was leaking in 1 of the 3 spots it was leaking when I first purchased the home. I called BAC on a Saturday and they were out on Monday first thing. Their worker informed my husband that there was a pin sized hole in the material and that is why it was leaking. While we waited for them to show up, we had opened up the area in our bathroom ceiling where it was leaking from and found the roof decking was completely soaked and looked rotten. We pointed that out to him - they contacted their manager and they agreed for another $60 they would take out that piece of decking and replace it with a piece of metal sheeting and replace the membrane over that area. That is when we discovered that they DID NOT remove my old roofing and that they did not check the area for bad/rotten decking. We agreed and they replaced the area the same day. About another 2 weeks after that it rained again and it was leaking in the same place - again. We called on a Saturday and they came out first thing Monday morning. This time they advised that the leaking was from the shingles - that the peaks on my roof had a gapping between the shingles and the roofing board and that the water was seeping in through that and down under the membrane and through my ceiling. Now they suggested that we can pay to have the membrane fully extended onto the peaks (they didn't have a quote ready, but offered to measure and advise me of the cost), or told me that I could slap some tar on the peaks and temporary seal the area off. I have paid them everything that I had and don't have any more money for another "fix" - if this was the issue, why wasn't that discussed at the time of the estimate? Why wasn't the work performed as they had instructed me at the time of the sale? Why wasn't this issue figured out when they came to fix the first leak? What's to say that if I were to have them "fix" the peaks that there won't be another my expense, of course. I contacted their corporate office (575-623-0020) and asked for a manager. The receptionist advised that no one was available but that someone would call me back right away. It's been 24 hours and no response - so I called again - same receptionist telling me that still no one was available. I questioned how in the age of technology they have cell phones, e-mail and texting and no one is available to assist me or respond? She had no answer. So, at this point I am out almost $11k and still have a leaking roof. It's a shame that they do business this way and that they refuse to make it right. If I can't get BAC to respond via this post or the Facebook review that I left, I will contact the local news agencies to see if they can bring some attention to this situation.

I was very pleased with the service that
Roswell Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
provided. They did a great job in a timely manner and kept me informed of any changes, etc. that they had to make along the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. I was not happy with the results the first time but the owner was very quick to come out and make it right. He continued until I was satisfied and was more than fair on the price.

It went OK. Just OK. The manager / owner was very professional and the salesman that came to our residence was his brother from Texas. He came while i wasn't home and based his quote on our insurance papers--one thing I didn't like. i would have preferred a quote based upon his experience instead. He also gave my wife a document to sign without me present--something I blame myself for more than the company--and on that document it stated we did not get to choose the style or color of the shingles.

The actual reroofing went well. The stripping took two days as I mentioned and I am pretty sure any free hand he could find was on my roof; the actual roofers were experts out of

Paso--that was subcontracted--and they reroofed it without issue.

The initial cleanup could have been better. They did a cleanup of shingles and nails (visual only) and spent about 30 minutes with a few guys to do it. We called them back and told them it wasn't good enough, and they came back and redid the cleanup and apologized. After that we found an occasional nail but that's to be expected.

We also had them put in a vent for our

. You would think they would do this BEFORE the new roof was in place, but instead it was done after. The two individuals that came spoke spanish to each other--I know spanish, and the foreman was correctly explaining how to install it to his assistant, but after I got up on the roof I saw it was done contrary to his instructions. (The

vent was placed on top of all shingles and caulked into place.) The foreman did get on the roof to inspect his assistants work but did not make him do it again. I also did not complain--rather I just fixed it myself.

personally estimated the amount of hail damage done to our roof and gave us a quote which no other company could beat. He used higher quality materials than our insurance company recommended. The entire project was completed in less than two days including their thorough cleanup. The

The experience was terrific. Even though it was understandably very noisy they did a terrific job and were very professional. I have never had any problems since they installed the new roof and I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

This is an excellent family-run company. The owner is prompt, courteous, and cares about quality as much as he does the satisfaction of his clients. Recommended withouut hesitation!
