"First the contractor has a very good team of workers; all the workmen were very professional and cleaned up after themselves, which is much appreciated. They did an excellent job and" did extra things to make sure it WAS done well. it is obvious they take pride in doing a thoroughly good job. The workmen were on the job promptly each morning, excepting when it rained and no outside work could be done, worked steadily through the day and returned every day until the job was completely done. (This is important because in the past, we have had experiences with other contractors wherein there was very spotty attendance of workers and the job dragged out frustratingly for weeks and weeks.) The color application is perfect, and the house looks charming again. The contract manager and staff stayed in contact to make sure all was going well and was sensitive to any inconvenience to the customer. He was very easy to work with and responsive to any additional work requests. We feel that making sure the client is happy with the job is of utmost importance to this contractor. Our neighbors have come over to see what was done and are very impressed, as are we, that the house exterior looks so good! And we have confidence that their warranty of 5 years is more than adequate. We are so pleased with what
and Roofing has already done, that we have hired them again to do the interior refurbishment of the house, which is another significant contract. What is really nice about
and Roofing is that they are an overall contractor that can do stucco work, roofing work, exterior wood refurbishment and also interior work, like plastering, repairing holes in walls and painting. I feel very pleased to have a good contractor to do all the various things needed to upgrade and renovate a house instead of having to work with several different contractors to get it all done.

"Wow what didn't he do! Discussed the job on a Sunday - did the work on the fireplace the following day! Lucky timing as he had had another job reschedule that morning. The lighting" and patching was done while I was out of town. I came home to a new and improved house without any
of him having been there. Actually it was probably cleaner! I have worked with
on various projects over the last 10 years and he continues to impress me with his ability to look at any project and imagine it completed and the steps it needs to go through to get there - on every budget level.
will work hard for you and will always give you a 110% along with a cheeky smile and a joke. Large job or small you will get great work and you wont have made a bad decision to call him

"Everything went excellent from the quote process to clean-up. Fast, professional and courteous. And
is a cut-up, very humorous! Blended new stucco around window" and door areas into the old. I hate seeing a "border" around windows that have been added of repairs made.
made everything look great! Will definitely use again.

My sister-in-law uses brite white toothpaste and rubs it into those small holes. No prep, no sanding.

I've used wall liner (it applies like wallpaper only thicker) to cover a multitude of "wall sins" over the years. In my opinion it's the greatest thing since sliced bread. It doesn't look cheap or tacky, it's inexpensive, non-labor intensive and not messy to install.

I used it for the first time about 15 years ago to cover a faux brick tile on my lower kitchen walls that couldn't be removed. It was either tear the wall down or take a chance on $40 worth of wall liner. It did the job beautifully and lasted. Since then I've used it to cover paneling, a badly gouged wall after a kitchen remodel and a wall that looked like a pegboard after floor to ceiling shelving was removed.

Friends and family (and realtors!) have been amazed by the transformation after applying this simple inexpensive product.

Stucco Repair And Installation reviews in Farmington

I was given all the drawings needed for HMO approval with the proposal and approximate completion date. All of the people who did the work were on time, cleaned up where necessary and pleasant. The finished cover exceeds my expectations and looks like it was a part of the original house rather than an 'add on'. The painted stucco matches the house perfectly and there were extra services that I would not have expected. I recommend

Negotiating with owners was a pleasure.
They were both courteous and fair in their pricing. Their contract
was detailed as to every aspect of the project. Work started on time and workers were punctual
and courteous. The foreman was
always present and responsive to questions and requests. The company representative was constantly
checking on the progress and quality of the work and was instrumental in making
sure that all went well. The job was completed
in less than four weeks, far short of the estimated time. Every aspect of the job was professional and
the finished product was better than expected.

I examined the workmanship throughout the two days they were here. The new waterproofing should help a lot and they were extremely courteous and professional. Workmanship was good. We won't be able to tell until it rains if this solves our problem, but the price was reasonable and their solution to our problem seemed to be the best solution that the three different contractors we interviewed could come up with.

Altaro provided an overall pleasant experience from start to finish. We were able to see and review the job progress daily via the company website and in-person. Also, the invoice / payment process was quite seemless. We recommend considering Altaro to perform great service during your next project.

He is excellent! His quality of work is superior to anybody else I have ever used and I have had a lot of maintenace work done as I own multiple rental properties. He is very thorough, efficient and does extremely clean work (you have no idea he has been there). I would highly recommend him and plan to use him on my other rental properties.

The guys came at the appointed hour for a cost estimate. The price seemed right and I felt good about hiring them. Since the hole was fairly small, they repaired it in a half hour. Everything was cleaned up and the job looked very good. I also liked that I could call the company and someone was there to assist me in a courteous and professional manner. They were also very good at calling me to establish the time of the appointment. Would use them again.
