"It went very well. There was a bit of phone tag in the beginning but once we connected the job moved along very well. They found far more water damage once the" bad stucco was removed but kept us informed and documented every step. They replaced all of the rotten wood and stucco in the damaged area and now it looks like new! We should have had them resurface the entire house!

"
did a great job. He was very professional, he did quality work and was able to get the job done quicker than I had anticipated. I also" appreciated his honesty when discussing a future repair.
suggested a less expensive solution to my problem, even though he would not be the one doing the job. I will definitely be calling him for a few upcoming jobs that I have.

Considering stucco? Make the exterior of your home stand out with this centuries-old siding technique by hiring the right contractor. Have some fun with stucco colors and textures or choose a similar-looking alternative, called EIFS.

My sister-in-law uses brite white toothpaste and rubs it into those small holes. No prep, no sanding.

I've used wall liner (it applies like wallpaper only thicker) to cover a multitude of "wall sins" over the years. In my opinion it's the greatest thing since sliced bread. It doesn't look cheap or tacky, it's inexpensive, non-labor intensive and not messy to install.

I used it for the first time about 15 years ago to cover a faux brick tile on my lower kitchen walls that couldn't be removed. It was either tear the wall down or take a chance on $40 worth of wall liner. It did the job beautifully and lasted. Since then I've used it to cover paneling, a badly gouged wall after a kitchen remodel and a wall that looked like a pegboard after floor to ceiling shelving was removed.

Friends and family (and realtors!) have been amazed by the transformation after applying this simple inexpensive product.

Those who know me well, know that I pay a full $1.00 for every $1.00 billed when I hire a contractor to do work that I either can’t do or choose not to do. In return, I expect to get $1.00 worth of production for each $1.00 I pay out. The owner/operator of
Farmington Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
completed a 10’ x 16’ shop over the last couple weeks, providing drywall and all the taping/texturing to transform it from a 3-1/2 year old unfinished building into a “
Farmington Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
house” as she so aptly described it.
Stoya has a heart-of-gold---love for her profession, not greedy---when it comes to her choice of livelihood. Her mantra is delivering a successful product with a modest profit, necessary to pay the bills. Nobody gives much away free these days, regardless of what some vendors may tell you. Stoya told it straight from the beginning with no B.S. involved. The project started precisely on time and throughout the job, she maintained contact via text and email and an occasional phone call when
necessary. She impressed us from the beginning as we came to an understanding of all jobs being “about the details”. The materials were estimated correctly, delivered inside the shop with care, and measured/installed with the knowledge and experience of her many years in the trade. Mother Nature did not cooperate very well as our weather was rainy and cool during the drying requirements of our project but she is very knowledgeable of the various types of “hot” mud and texturing
used on today’s interiors and the result was a nice smooth finish.
It was very important to her that she satisfy our vision of her finished product. We believe she did just that. We believed in her and she believed in us; that is what made the job successful. We trusted she would deliver the product we entered into contract with her for and, in return, she trusted that we would pay her for her work. Both sides were satisfied. She possesses the necessary element of a successful deal: she completes a contract where both parties feel they are treated fairly and with respect.
We felt from our first meeting that she could complete the job on time and on budget; we were not disappointed. We would not hesitate to enter into contract with her again.

was always on time and always prepared. I am hesitant about having workers I don't know in my house, but he was very personable and trustworthy. I have used him for every project since I bought my fixer-upper two years ago. He has also done exceptional work in my parents' house, along with my brother' house. I recommend him to all of my clients and friends. He was at my house exactly on time everyday and wasted no time while he was here. He is extremely hardworking and knowledgeable in every aspect of construction. There hasn't been a single project that he couldn't perform or that I wasn't happy with. I give him 4 stars!

Wanted hole in stucco knocked out and re-filled, was advised that this would cost $1k. Paid for 1 day's work. Fixed small cracks in stucco that I showed them. Good job, but not what I wanted fixed and wasn't going to pay $1k to fix a hole. Contractor did point out other problems that could be identified if he knocked out hole. My daughter did pay more with another vendor to fix cracks in stucco. This company did do a very good job repairing the cracks in the stucco and would have done any surface work that I needed.

was a pleasure to work with, very courteous and professional.
Farmington Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
is very knowledgeable about his profession and he did an awesome job matching the patched areas to the existing stucco. And the block wall has the best smooth stucco surface I have ever seen or felt. Just beautiful!! overall the job took several days because of rain delays and the stucco needed to dry between appplications.
Farmington Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
cares about his work and strives to make sure it is done correctly. The work area was contained and he cleaned up after each day to make sure my dogs didnt get into a mess. He communicates really well by text or phone. He kept me informed about when he would arrival and if there were going to be any delays. One time I had to leave so I left my dogs in the garage and
Farmington Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
made sure everything was locked up and let them out into the back yard before he left. I trusted him completely and he texted me to let me know everything was ok. I highly recommend
