"These are the most professional people! They have their act together. From start to finish they let me know the progress of my car. The work was done correctly the first time. The customer" service goes above and beyond what I could've or would've expected. They let me know that they had to find some unusual clips and they also let me know when they found them and gave an estimate at what time the car would be finished and they also called to let me know that it was done. The one gentleman even offered to stay a little later if I couldn't make it before they closed. They are set up with Enterprise Rent a car and the drop off for the rental was right at their building. It was a very smooth transition from start to finish!

"Paragon provided superlative customer service, care and workmanship on my car. A process that is usually dreadful was made so easy and seamless by the team at Paragon. There is even" an Enterprise Car rental location to make dropping off the car for repairs even easier. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

"Our vehicle was struck while my wife was backing out of a parking lot, denting the driver's side door. We took it to
as our insurance company has a deal" with them where they handle all the billing directly. As it turns out, so did the other party's insurance company, and their insurance company picked up the bill due to it being deemed their fault. As a result, I cannot rate the price of
as we did not pay ourselves. The initial visit went well in the middle of
(
19th, 2014 or there about). The representative was polite, and they agreed to repair our car. They couldn't tell immediately if they could repair the door or if it would need a replacement, as they couldn't tell if the beam inside the door was damaged. It turns out it was, and so it took about a week for them to get a new door in, paint it, and install it. This portion of the work went well. At this point, we had made three visits to their location. The first for the initial assessment, the second for the drop off, and the third for the pick up. Then the trouble began. My wife picked up the car and immediately noticed the power mirror no longer functioned.
immediately asked her if it had been working previously. I'd used it around a week ago, so it had been working.
then said they would talk to the insurance company and see if they would cover it. Otherwise, we could discuss repair options. I do not know if they would have been intent on charging us, but seeing as the entire door had to be replaced, it seemed very likely to me that the electronics for the power mirror also could have been damaged. Fortunately, after some time passed,
contacted us and told us the other insurance company would replace the mirror. They ordered the mirror, and we waited for them to contact us to let us know they received the mirror. A couple weeks went by, and we then contacted them. They informed us they'd received the mirror and had meant to contact us, but had not. I let them know I'd speak with my wife about scheduling time, and it took us a little longer than usual to figure out a decent time, but we got the car to them around a week or so later to install the mirror, making it our fourth trip to their location. They installed the mirror in about half an hour. My wife discovered, upon my bringing it to her, that the mirror had limited range. I timed the two mirrors, the passenger and the driver mirror. The passenger mirror took about 10 seconds to go all the way from one side to the other. The newly installed mirror took about 4 seconds. Physical masurements of how far they could go confirmed that
had installed a defective mirror, indicating they did not fully test the mirror before they put it on, once they hooked up the electronics, or when they had fully installed it on the car. I contacted
and they sounded skeptical when I explained the issue. They suggested I push the mirror lightly so it went back onto it's tracks, as it was explained to me. My wife and I tried this, and it did not function properly. I then took it back to
, marking my fifth visit, and they tested it and found it was, in fact, defective. They agreed to order us a new mirror and that they would contact us when it was ready. This was our fifth visit. The mirror arrived, and
called us on a Monday to let us know that they just had to paint it and they would contact us when it was painted. I called them that Thursday to check on the status. The manager I spoke with said it was on the painter's desk and that he could go check on it and then call me back in approximately 15 minutes. I never received this callback. I called again the following Moday and was told that the mirror was still on the painter's desk and that he would paint it "whenever he next paints that color". This offhanded approach was very unprofessional, given that it was now October and the initial accident happened in
. We then agreed to schedule an appointment for that Friday to have the mirror installed. The mirror was installed on Friday, October 17th, and is now fully functional. The management was always polite, however the quality control was extremely poor as we had a bad mirror installed twice on our vehicle, which was something that should have been caught by their testing. The first instance should have been caught when they initially put the door on and the second instance should have been caught by more sufficient testing procedures when they installed the second (and faulty) mirror. Once the door and functional mirror were installed, they worked fine and the quality was fine. However, their poor follow through and failure to return phone calls coupled with insufficient testing means that the
Prairie location, along with any of their other locations, will not receive any positive recommendations from us to our family and friends in the Twin Cities area.

I was out of town when I damaged my car. I didn't realize when I backed out of a driveway that I bent and caused to loosen some of the front end of my car. The next day, back home, I stopped there to see if they could repair it -- after reading a review here on Angie's List. They had me come in the very next day and drop off my car. They were knowledgeable and professional. They offered to pick me up/take me home if I needed. I was informed how much time it would take and how much it would cost and they were true to their word. I was advised as to what I needed to look for after the repairs in case I had some unnoticed leaks, etc. I am extremely pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

was very professional in all of there interactions with me. I have no complaint able the communication on the work taking over a month to finish. It just seem like they were taking on too many jobs at one time and didn't have enought staff to complete them in a timely manor. The work to my car was acceptable from a repair and paint stand point. However, my car was a total mess. They cold have at least vacuumed out the dust and other particles that got in during the repair. I even found a random black towel I think they used to drap around the back indo in my back seat. My car was only 1 1/2 years old at the time and I take the time to keep the interior extremely clean. I think they would do better work if they had enought staff to keep up with the work. I overheard a few employees talking about the lack of staff to the amount of business so I know this was the main issue.

gave me my initial estimate and handled the return of the car when the job was finished. He was very professional both times we met. His estimate was well below that of others in our area that came up on my Angie's List

. I was a bit leery of the bid, but decided to trust the other reviews on Angie's List. I'm glad I did, because the work was very well done and saved quite a bit of money. The repair was indistinguishable from the rest of the car. I was very pleased with

Jaw dropping work. Our 2003 Honda CR-V is black and after eleven years that color and surface on a car shows everything. I wanted to have the car detailed to sell. There were multiple small surface scratches all over the vehicle that disappeared. The alloy wheels, though not in bad shape, looked new after they cleaned them. Marvelous work and the price was right.

Pleasant to work with, nice work repairing damage after our Subaru Outback got rear-ended. Took care of all the insurance communications. Did not grade on cost since the (at fault) insurance paid. Highly recommend and would use again if ever needed.
